Property Ratings at Museum Tower
The trash compactor that used to break all the time finally permanently broke down, so they're getting a new one. Hopefully it will be more reliable. They did at least put bins on every other level that maintenance empties in the meantime. It should really have been every level. Elevators are still a huge problem. They break down frequently. However management has gotten much better at communication around this, although they still really need to just stop being greedy and spend whatever it's gonna take to permanently resolve this. The new concierges are absolutely world class. Awesome people, and professional to a tee while still getting to know the residents. All in all, there is still a laundry list of problems here, but it's gotten marginally better in the past few months. Hopefully that trend continues. EDIT: They recently literally had to resort to bribing people with a raffle to leave good reviews here, as no reasonable person would otherwise. Tried to coin it as a community event. You should absolutely ignore any 5 star rating from the past 2-3 months. They were purchased by the leasing office, and aren't representative of the reality of this place in any way. EDIT 2: They have 2 elevators down again at current, after having one down for months. They are also throwing arbitrary rules on use of the club level that weren't in existence when everyone currently here signed our leases. Avoid this place at all costs. I'll be moving when my lease term is up. I've dropped my rating back to one star, which between the constant failures of maintenance and the literal raffle drive for fake 5 star reviews, is DEFINITELY what this place currently deserves.
Property Manager at Museum Tower, Responded To This Review

Property manager is rude to residents. Too many issues. Concierge company is great though.
Lincoln Property company is awful. Maintenance doesn’t do their job. Property manager is rude. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails. Don’t enforce lease policies. Building smells like marijuana. Move in condition was a joke.
The building is noisy at late night which causes difficulties for sleeping.
I've done a long research for a place to live. Once I walked in to Museum Tower I was blown away the concierge leasing have met and exceeded my expectations. Whitney is the girl to go she showed me the apt. She showed me that she was there to make sure my need and request were met. She was quick to respond to my questions and made this a very easy transition. I am so happy I couldn't find anything to complaint about this place. Thank you Whitney you rock.
The Delivery process and scheduling of the loading the dock is difficult and inconvenient. I understand deliveries are not desired through the front door, but scheduling of loading dock is not easy with short notice of delivery. HVAC is extremely loud in unit, and deemed "normal". Not what I expected.Gym has minimal free weight selection. Should have heavier dumbells and kettle bells.
I would recommend the apartment community to others based on the tour I received but not based on the screening process you use to approve residents! It's very biased and discriminating! I was NOT approved to live there, eventhough I make enough money! That was very discouraging and has completely placed a bad experience in the forefront! I would not recommend your apartment community now.
Employees who live in the building tend to have numerous guests in amenities area that should be reserved for tenants only in my opinion. I have had an issue with employees bringing rude and numerous guests to sit at the pool who are loud and leave trash.
There are a lot of issues related to the property not being completely finished. I was led to believe the inconveniences of having construction ongoing would be complete by now. Examples of this are only 2 elevators in service; paint crews frequently in the hallways; blue and red marker tags everywhere; construction debris left overnight in hallways and stairwells; some amenities either not working; in repair; or not commissioned; staff confusion about parking privileges. The concierge staff is very nice and responsive! The leasing staff are very pleasant and friendly but not as thorough, knowledgeable or attentive to details as I expected for truly premier luxury apartments.
