Not enjoyable
Many good tenants were forced to move. Unhealthy conditions, no property manager for months, tenants violate rules without consequences from management/Commonwealth management. No common spaces, no business center. No outside seating allowed. People who are NOT disabled have the only 2 disabled garages!

Not a enjoyable place to live
There is a 67 year old bully living here that has driven several people to move.Managment did nothing for 17 months to help.No business center always told it's it's not in the budget.No cable or internet in the community room told thats not in the budget the whole building gets free cable and internet!Big screen tv in the community room is 24" that is ok the regional manager doesn't feel you should watch movies as a group that should be done in your apartments this place is nuts.There is no outdoor seating if you want to sit you have to carry it if you leave it he will throw it away .
