If I could give zero stars I would. I've have been living here 5 years and this is the worse management. I had to sign my lease more 5 times and they still didn't have the correct information after that . I just can't wait to move out I would of thought they would be a better management with all the extra charges they added that we didn't pay before. I also was told if I referred someone I would get a discount on my rent after the three months but when I brought it up they said they would have to see if I qualified. I referred these apartments to my daughter thinking this would be a nice place for her and her boyfriend but ever since they've moved in there's been problems with ants in they're living room, water coming from the floors whenever it rains,they're dish washer leaking they couldn't even wash dishes without having water leaking in the kitchen and they're refrigerator not working and it took them weeks and having to yell at them to come fix one out of the 10 other things that need to be fix around there and it suppose to be a "newer" apartment. Still right now they have not fixed any of these problems. They want you to do everything online but that does nothing at all. They said at first to give them time to adjust to all the new things they are trying to set up but no they are lazy get mad or annoyed if you even try to bring any problems up with them.

They’ve got new management that clearly haven’t set everything up properly, our application was accepted and we paid our deposit but they kept claiming one of our applicants had a chargeback even though her bank never showed such and we had more than enough money in the bank. They eventually terminated our application and marked us as delinquent because their new system wasn’t working properly. Appears to be a nice spot if you can get in but after struggling with their websites and phone numbers that all lead to wrong places and being so blatantly snubbed like this I can’t recommend anyone try here until they get it together
I have lived here for 2 plus years. These are things I have witnessed first hand. A/C going out in the middle of the summer and management refusing to fix it. (not a one time issue) The security gates to enter complex are either open or broken an insane amount. hot water going out 2 times a month on average One of my vehicles being towed even with a parking sticker on the winshield Bugs, bugs, bugs. Vehicles being broken into several times. Repairs taking too long, not being done or just ignored. In 2 years there have been 5 different management teams. Recently the apartment complex was sold to a different group. I picked the complex due to the location but at some point enough is enough.
The lack of respect for tenants privacy and the roach problems prompted me to go month to month after about 18 months. I moved within two years. It's a shame because this really could be a nice property, it is in a great location, with the right management. The office staff turned over 3 times. They keep the same maintenance crew though.
I was robbed at gun point here by two kids. Maintenance takes forever. Oh and they also TOWED OUR CAR FROM OUR OWN SPOT. They just didn't look for out parking sticker. When the towing company sent the picture of our vehicle to us you can clearly see the sticker. They did not pay any of the fees for us to get our car back.
I was a residence at this place and they took over 11 months to fix my restroom , I would think twice into leasing at this residence.

I have lived in these apartments for 8 years now and I've seen them taken over by atleast 3 different companies and this new one is by far the worst. They redesigned the outside by removing the privacy walls on the upper balconies without taking into consideration that the wall extended the roof out, which extended the rainfall. Now when it rains hard, the apartments downstairs get flooded cause the rain runs straight down the upstairs wall from the roof, instead of out. That is just one of many issues with the changes they've made.
Not one to write reviews very often, good or bad, but I just wanted to take a second to thank Keesha for being such a good employee. No matter how many people are standing in line to "complain" she smiles and makes everyone feel like their issue is priority number one! She can make a bad situation feel like it will be ok. i Almost backed out of signing a lease all together because of some major issue, and Keesha came and smoothed over all the wrinkles and found a good spot for my family and I. Glad we have her in our apartment office.

We had not the best situation when we began our move over and if it wasn't for the very professional Keshia in the leasing office it could have been horrible. Let's just say she solved a massive problem with a smile and was so caring to my girls that she made the bad situation good. Without her help we wouldn't been in our apartment which truly feels like home. So if you want outstanding customer service ask for Keshia.

I am so happy I found Woodland hills. I was living at Town Center and they were going up on my lease $200 on our already expensive 2 bedroom! So I started looking around in the Kingwood area for a more affordable option. Woodland hills is the best quality for the money that I could find. I do really like my apartment, I have a 2X2 for my family of 3 and I have plenty of room and i love how nice the apartment is. Samantha made everything so easy for us and when we moved in, they had even given us a basket with necessities in it which was really sweet. No complaints here, very happy so far.

I am so happy our new managers have made everything look so much better! My favorite is my new windows, and the pretty new pool furniture. I live close to the pool and it used to be ugly with a gross hot tub that was never working and it looks much nicer! Any issues I have reported, Julio has fixed pretty quickly and is always so kind. The management company is fairly new, and I believe has been here since July or so. At first I was skeptical since I've lived here for 4 years, I've seen management come and go, but now I know these people really care about this place. They are fixing so much, and every day it looks better and better. The girl at the desk when you first walk in is always asking me how I like the new changes, and they really seem to care about our opinions. By far the best changes are our new windows, the new outside and paint, and the LAUNDRY ROOM. It used to smell in there, the floor was nasty and half the machines never worked. Now they do work or you can call to have them repaired if something goes wrong, and they put new tile flooring, and I heard that we will soon be getting new machines in there. They even put A/c in there which was much needed since this is Texas, and there's a new Coke machine in there too and I will be able to pay with card once its running. Believe it or not that is my favorite, since my apartment doesn't have connections, I am in that laundry room at least 3 days a week to wash so I am a very appreciative resident. Before I was embarrassed to have my friends over, but not anymore. They're not done yet either. Can't wait to see whats next.

New ownership does not care about the people living here.
The maintenance in the building is great, ask for assistance and they work their tail off to get the job done. However the people who work the office are always to busy to help you. Parking is terrible, they give you 1 tiny parking space that's reserved for your apartment (mine was wedged between a brick wall and a support beam). As for residents I never had any issues with my neighbors, only that the walls are paper thin. Pretty easy to buy pot though, walk around the place at night and people will advertise. Overall pretty terrible place, lease is up soon and can't wait to get out.
I moved in over a year ago, the previous management was great always worked with me and never gave any issues. The new management took over and they are remodeling it which shows they care. The apartment is spacious and anything that is wrong they are quick to fix it! I highly recommend them!
