All cabinets are real wood (no fake wood & white cabinets here!) and the kitchen is open to the living room allowing for barstool seating. Beautiful tile flooring covers the entry, kitchen, and dining areas as well as the bathrooms. The bathrooms are large and offer lots of storage and counter space. The living room is a good size, and has a sliding door that leads out to your large deck or patio that boasts 2 large storage closets. The living room and bedrooms all have ceiling fans, which can help with utility bills. The bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and rooms are large enough to hold most bedroom furniture. The property itself has plenty of parking for residents and visitors, as well as garages that are available for rent. A nice clubhouse is on site that provides residents with a fitness facility and lounge area, as well as an outdoor pool and basketball court. No pets allowed. Management is horrible
Maintenance is only good part of this place. Was good at first but taking a turn for the worst resident wise. Management sucks called every few months about a garage because none where available when moved in and never got one in 3 years but new tenants did. Had major problems with the secure doors being propped open and drugs but management didnt ever do a thing. More problems but management just ignored them. Def rethink that of want a safe and secure place for your family. There was a shooting on the street outside that was resident related.

Blessing!
We love living where we live. While living in an apartment this long wasn't part of our "plan" - we're so thankful that if we have to live in one, that it's here!

Mystic Pines
We love this place! We had only planned on living here for 1 year. But after having a baby girl via c-section with kidney issues and just a few months later a Melanoma diagnosis for my husband, we knew we'd be here longer and were in no place to buy a house. That said, we couldn't ask for a more amazing place to live. It's nice, clean and has the most friendly and compassionate staff. We've been so blessed!
