Roach infested dump
Viewed vacant unit and dead roaches everywhere I had to mention roaches as person showing me didn't. I was told they just sprayed. Apartment looked as if in need of many repairs and I was told its ready next day. Hallway carpet filthy and couches in hallway worn down. Overall look is horrible and I feel bad for people living there.

I appreciate our apartment!!
This single is ok if you want a quick walk to the store/market. Since I am disabled (epilepsy), the doctors office is right around the corner. The apartment is not in good condition but is close to my kids school and I can keep an eye on my wife's car due to the parking being right next to our window. There are people in worse conditions so I appreciate what we have in regards to having this apartment.
