Property Ratings at Naamans Village Apartments
Roaches, mice, leaks, hobos, and terrible office staff. Long time resident, 9 years. Everything was great until new management. No real property upkeep. Trash Overflows every week. It stinks and there are mice and roaches in the unit that they fight with you to treat. Crackheads wander the property from the bus stop and they wont get security to come earlier. they say they "cant guarantee your safety". Needles by dumpsters.

Your experience is important to us, and we look forward to speaking with you.
This place used to be okay until new management came in. She makes everyone feel unwelcome. As soon as the new property manager came in she immediately sent an email to everyone of what she won’t be doing. Who does that? What a horrible first impression. She’s also made it her life’s mission to give everyone a hard time over every little thing. Maintenance sucks, they don’t ever fix anything and they like to go into your apartment without notice if they think you’re not home. So if anything goes missing, you know what happened. If you’ve put in a maintenance request and they come while you’re home, I recommend keeping an eye on them the whole time because one of them has sticky fingers and tried to steal from me while I went to another room. Everything in these apartments is outdated, especially the air conditioner which is only located in one room and doesn’t circulate throughout the apartment. So you’ll be roasting in the summer unless you spend all your time in that one room. You do not have control of the thermostat, it’s just there for decoration. The washers and dryers are ALWAYS broken, I can count on one hand the times that they weren’t. This place isn’t worth what they charge you for and the rent increases every year even though nothing gets updated. Look for an apartment somewhere else, naaman’s Village isn’t worth the trouble.
Property Manager at Naamans Village Apartments, Responded To This Review
We are sad to hear you feel this way and sincerely apologize if our customer service has fallen short of expectations. We strive to address maintenance issues fully and to the satisfaction of our residents, and we will make sure to share your review with the appropriate members of our team. Your feedback and suggestions are valued, and we encourage you to reach out to the office so we can discuss any unresolved maintenance issues and get them resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.
It’s a pretty spacious 1 bedroom(basically 1 1/2 because of the den) apartment. It’s located right off of 95, so it’s not hard to get around. Also the rent is reasonable The downside is, they’re always shutting of the water for maintenance; and if they’re not shutting it off, there’s no hot water on the weekends, so you have to wait for repairs. Neighbors tend to be extremely noisy, but that’s not the complex fault. But the place is extremely close to train tracks and the airport, so be prepared to hear all of the during various hours of the day/night
They will try to take the whole security deposit (one month rent) when you move out, no matter what the condition of the apartment is. The manager property (Staci) even admitted that my apartment was returned in excellent condition, they still charged me most of the security deposit.
I've lived here for 2 years, about to move out. Only because I feel closed in and would prefer having a balcony area. Front buildings are very noisy due to the traffic in the shopping centers across the street. But other than that I've never had any issues. The maintenance men are on top of everything, and very quick with work orders. The staff in the office are very friendly and understanding. I love that the kitchen has a window view, I'm going to miss that.
I have a one-bedroom apartment at Naamans Village and so far, it has met my expectations. The apartment complex is generally quiet and I have no problems finding a parking spot. The apartment itself has plenty of room and the utilities work fine. When I have had problems, the maintenance staff have been very helpful, getting to my problem within a day. The location is great, as it's close to I-95/495, and a 10 minute drive to the Concord Pike. The Philadelphia Pike is a 2 minute drive away. Best of all, it's only a 15 minute drive to the Philadelphia International Airport! The price I pay for the apartment is suitable for what you get out of it and you only have to pay for electric aside from Rent/Renters Insurance.
This is the perfect COMPLEX if its your first place!!!! The neighborhood is adding new shops everyday, making Naamans Village a Wonderful PLACE TO LIVE!!!
My apartment is spacious. I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment. All upraded kitchen & bath. Walk in closet, wall to wall carpets. Very nice quiet neighborhood. The location is ideal right on Naaman's Rd, by 95 and 4 miles from 202. Very close to shopping centers. We have a pool and fitness center on premises. Awesome place to call home.
Naaman's village is located close to I-95, shopping, hotels and restaurants. The apartments are roomy for the price. I have a one bedroom. It has a Den/Office which could be a second bedroom. The master bedroom is large with two closets and ample space for a large bed. The bathroom is nice with tile floors. The main living area is spacious and can be used as a living room and a dining room or in any configuration you can imagine. The kitchen is ample with many cabinets and storage space. There is plenty of parking and the residents are of all ages and family types. The ladies in the office are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Its a nice place to call home.
This place is great! Great staff, maintenance, safe. Has pool & fitness center. No rodents. Would highly recommend living here.
Everytime I have a malfunction or need anything fixed in my apartment , I report it to the leasing office . They always are quick to respond and I love that ! The area is safe and is very affordable and the residents are quiet . I'm on my second year and I haven't had any complaints yet !
Very nice apartment, I have 2 bedroom. Very nice size for me. Management is very nice too.
