Property Ratings at Nantucket Apartments
Maintenance requests were always completed promptly, the interior hallways and parking lots/garage were well kept year-round (especially during winter), and the studio I had was spacious and quiet. Linda (front desk) was awesome and personally cared for each resident that came through to the resident's center.
If you don’t mind hearing your upstairs neighbor’s footsteps, this is the place for you. If you do mind, look elsewhere or make sure your on the 3rd floor. The floorboards are to a point that they creak with the lightest of footsteps, and without the fault of your neighbor, it’s just super annoying. It’s enough to wake you up so you feel bad for moving around at odd hours. I may be picky, but for the rent price, I expected it to be structurally more sound to keep noises under control. If I saw a review like this for this apartment, I for sure would have looked elsewhere.
I lived in Nantucket Apartments for 9 years, in all 4 buildings! Overall, a great living experience. Good quality, spacious, and quite apartments. In unit washer and dryer, lots of kitchen storage, delightful patio areas some facing the pretty green pond area, and some units with a warm and cozy fireplace that my cat loved. Underground parking, secure storage unit are huge advantages. Clean buildings and facilities. Fantastic amenities with fun clubhouse available for rental, delightful pool area and gym. Linda in the office was always very helpful and fast to respond when assistance was needed. Maintenance was quick to fix any issues. Noteworthy far westside location in a peaceful area with grassy pond area nearby. Close to Ice age trail for beautiful walking paths. I recommend Nantucket for the variety of floor plans, charming, safe atmosphere. Overall wonderful experience living here where it felt like home.
My sister and her husband lived here before I moved my wife and I in, so my family has years of experience living in Nantucket Apartments. I work in real estate and I have to say that this place is the most well-run property, in my experience. The maintenance team is responsive and considerate. The managers are kind, diligent, and fair. The amenities are on point.
Absolutely loved living at Nantucket. The front desk staff is fantastic (especially Linda) and the apartment floor plans are super functional. I also enjoyed the super clean grills, pool, and underground parking. I would highly recommend living here! We moved out because we bought a house, but would’ve loved to stay at Nantucket forever.
I lived here for 6 months after moving from Florida and it was honestly the best experience! From the beginning, Linda was very helpful and kind. She is truly one of the greatest assets to Nantucket. The process of securing the apartment was very easy and the actual apartment/amenities are incredible. The property is very well maintained and maintenance requests are handled in an efficient manner. I would recommend anyone to live here if they can!
I lived at Nantucket for two years and had a wonderful experience. The property is always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Pool and grills are awesome in the summer. Parking garages are clean, and it's right across the street from an awesome trail!
We lived at Nantucket for almost 6 years and left only because we moved out of state. The apartment was spacious and quiet and the grounds are very nice. The kitchen is big which was excellent since we cook and bake a lot. Everything was in good repair and when we had issues they were quickly taken care of. The management is friendly and responsive. Other big pluses were the in unit washer and dryer, central air, extensive storage/closet space, and underground parking. The pool isn't very big, but is nice for cooling down on hot days. If you're looking for a great place to live, you've found one.
Nantucket is a wonderful place to live. The staff, especially Linda, care for you like family and the facilities are always clean and reliable. Proximity to Epic as well as numerous parks and trails make the location perfect for someone who values a work-life balance
