Narraticon Apartments

It's an OK place to live. But there's always trash around and for some reason there's always WASPS around. I've lived in 2 units here and can never enjoy my balcony due to the amount of wasps flying around. And the windows must not be properly sealed because they are ALWAYS getting inside the apartment somehow. I've also had a leaky faucet in my shower for many months now and maintenance came out to fix it, was here for 3 hours and it did absolutely nothing. Neighbors smoke weed and it stinks up my apartment. The pipes also bang very loudly anytime someone runs their laundry or shower. I worry the pipes will burst one day.

Just got finished having the most amazing and professional worker Bobby come in to do an amazing job at fixing a small issue I’ve had in the apartment from showing up in a very timely manner to even wearing shoe covers inside my place he is a very professional and personable worker kudos to him!!

Great place to live. The ladies in the office are always very nice, and our maintenance man Bob, is a pleasure.

My wife and I moved in a month ago. We are very happy with the choice we made. Everything leading up to move in day has been basically stress free due to the staff in the front office. Angela and Teresa held our hands through the application process, coordinated the preparedness of the apartment for move in. They were warm,pleasant,accomodating and helpful. Choosing Narraticon was easy.The two bedrooms are large. They have plenty of closet space. The kitchen is beautiful with bountiful cabinets, very nice microwave,oven,dishwasher and fridge. It is a quiet,pet friendly community.

On saturday our ac broke (during a heat wave) I called the emergency maintenance line, I was told that the maintenance crew would not come out for any air conditioner problems. I tried calling again and was again told no one would be coming out. Monday morning I call to report the ac problem (after being in an 100 degree apartment all weekend). By 230 myself and husband was screamed at multiple times by the "manager," she accused us of ripping the unit out, jaming a screwdriver into the unit, and saying we never called the emergency hotline. I cannot believe a manager especially one in customer service would act like this. It is now 5pm Monday and our air conditioner still does not work, the temperature right now is at 97 with it feeling like 102.

The People working in the leasing office are very rude. Very nasty on the phone and then will just hang up on you. Asked for the Mangers number they dont know it.

I can't begin to explain how wonderful it is to live in Narraticon now that the new management has taken over. The beautiful landscaping that is being done around the property and the repairs to the pool and tennis courts. Nothing was done in many years prior to the take over. The staff and maintenance are friendly and extremely helpful. I'm proud to call Narraticon my home.

I have never before lived in an apartment complex before that I felt I can call home, until my experience at Narraticon. The complex is super peaceful, and community like with great amenities. The new office Staff is always so warm, friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. THANK YOU for a positive renting experience, which seems to be hard to come across these days:)

my wife and i have lived in a 1 bdrm, 2 bdrm 2 bath and 2 bdrm through the complex and now we are in our final home in a loft apt and love it....the new mgt with Angela and Rachel are amazing people and helped us so much thru this process...i highly recommend good people to move in this great complex if you need a home. I live in building 11 and I have been a resident for many years. The previous management never fixed anything and refused to ever upgrade. The office staff was rude. I went into the office to speak with new management about my issues and to my surprise they were pleasant and eager to help me correct my issues. The assistant property manager Angela and the head of maintenance Chuck both took the time to sit with me and discuss what was going on. They both have gone above and beyond to help me and have restored my faith in Narraticon. I am so pleased that they took over and I couldn't be happier with my apartment.

My husband and I have been living here for almost five months and we love it here. We haven't had any maintenance issues and the stuff is very friendly and eager to help with any questions we may have. We plan on staying here for a while until we buy a house. This is the first apartment I've been in where I actually feel like I'm at home

I have lived in this complex for over 8 years between two apartments, a one and two bedroom. I love it here. First the washer and dryer in the place. The walking and biking trails behind me. The security doors too, being a single woman. We have a lovely clubhouse, with a large number of TVs and pool table. Gym to members who live here. Sauna, outdoor pool Some activities throughout the year, such as parties for football games. You may rent the rooms at a discount. I live on SS disability and would love to be able not to worry about rent for a year!??.It is a wonderful place with great friends people have lived and raised families in the town homes I have epilepsy and all the workers know and have helped one time or another. Thank you

Hemlock ct is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful wooded areas surrounding the complex. The apartments are extremely isolated from each other, I am in medical school and do a lot of quiet studying during the day and night and I can never even tell my neighbors are home. For the size and quality of apartment you get the price is one of the best I've seen and heard of anyone having. Management keeps the buildings and surrounding areas clean and maintained and I've never had any problems with them. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for over a year now in Narration. I love living here! The community has a real nice pool and gym and the grounds are kept very nice. y apartment is well maintained and when there has been a problem the maintenance staff is quick to respond. They have a full time maintenance staff and someone is always on call. I fell very safe here and enjoy taking walks around the community. I have lived a few places in the area and this community is the best one. I hope to live here for another 10 years or more.

NARRATICON IS THE A HIGHLY MAINTAINDED PROPERTY... THE PROFESSIONALISM COMES FROM THE OWNER ON DOWN TO MAINTAINANCE... THIS PAST WINTER WAS ROUGH.. YET THE SNOW REMOVAL WAS DONE AS FAST AS COULD BE...SINCE MOST RESIDANTS WOULNT MOVE THERE VEHICLES ... SO THE PLOWING COULD BE DONE FASTER.. NOW THAT SPRING HAS ARRIVED THE GROUNDS ARE BEING CLEANED AND CUT....THE OFFICE PERSONEL ARE ALWAYS THERE TO MEET NEEDS OF RESIDANTS.. EVEN THE ONES WHO ARE ALWAYS BEING NEGATIVE... EVERY ONE IN THE OFFICE DOES AND GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE YOUR STAY HERE PLEASANT.. BUT YOU CANT PLEASE EVERYONE....THE MAINTAINACE PERSONEL ARE VERY PROFFESONAL ... THEY ARE THE MOST FRIENDLY PEOPLE .. AND WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED THEY ARE THERE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE...I AM UP IN AGE NOW AND HOPE TO BE HERE FOR THE NEXT 13 YEARS...I WOULD RECOMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A WONDERFUL ENVIOREMENT TO COME AND STAY... THERE ARE TWO SECTIONS THE NEWLY BUILT APARTMENTS ARE REALLY VERY NICE.. THE AREA I LIVE IN ASPEN HILL IS A GREAT PLACE ESPECAILL WITH WOODS BEHIND AND THE DEER AND TURKEYS THAT STOP TO SAY HELLO... DONT LOOK ANY FARTHER ...NARRATICON IS A GREAT FAMILY ORIENTENTED PLACE TO LIVE..

this is a very nice community till you look at the price for the quality of service, office staff, and maintenance. All of these services are very very poor.
