Property Ratings at The Annaline
Rebecca is great, the Annaline is not. The neighborhood is loud with music at all hours and potential gun shots or fireworks. The floors of the above units are paper thin and every slight noise/step can be heard. The grounds are littered with trash. The “renovations” are landlord specials, cover ups of other problems, look cheap, aren’t done to completion and are low quality.

I am really enjoying living at the Annaline! My apartment is spacious and was absolutely spotless on move in day, better than I could have expected!!! The gym and tennis courts are immaculate and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful, communication has been easy! Overall it's what I expected for the price point. Yes, there are some cars being work on in the parking lot, or late night music from other units, but it's not a pricy place downtown. It's an affordable place that does a pretty good job staying presentable. The Annaline team have been nothing but amazing the entire time. They have a really great team and the maintenance request are handled very quickly. I'm very happy with my decision to move here.

I was told they just changed their entire team around November 2022, so I was looking forward to living here, but my experience has not been at all pleasant. Maintenance fixes whatever is "easy" and ignores whatever they don't know or takes a bit more time and knowledge. They keep telling me they need to "come up with a plan" to solve my issues, but it's just to buy them time. Word of mouth is, this used to be a good place to live and have a good reputation a few years ago, but not anymore definitely do not recommend living here. Especially if you have little kids since their tubs don't drain with the spout open, and they expect me to give my 3 year old a shower instead of a bath. Their lack of sympathy is evident.

My apartment at Nashboro Village was my very first apartment and it was horrible. They took forever to fix things. I think I waited over a month for my shower to be fixed. I broke my lease early and I had a time to have everything out. The day before I was supposed I went back to get the rest of my things and they had already changed the locks. I had to call someone to let me in and when I finally got inside they had stolen my washer and dryer that I purchased. I literally had to threaten them with a lawyer before they gave me my belongings. They closed my account and sent my "termination fee" to collections because they claimed I did not pay them even though I still have the receipt. That place is just straight up trash!

I would not recommend. The outside of the buildings are always filled with trash because people can’t clean up after themselves. You have people who leave trash bags on their porches for days till skunks get into them. People blast music all ours night and day so you can never actually sit and enjoy quiet time. It’s not safe like we were told it was. You hear gunshots and no one bats an eye. Have only seen security once since we have moved in. Overall just not happy with the annaline.

My experience at this community has not been a great one. I’ve been here for 2 years and still have the same issues plus more since day 1. I’m constantly killing roaches around my kitchen but I pay for pest control that never comes. Everything I’m the apartment breaks and when they come to repair it it’s only a bandaid.

Whatever you do DO NOT move into Village Hills. The apartment is disgusting and infested in mold and cigarette smell that management refuses to acknowledge. The bathroom walls drip with cigarette smoke which is worsened by the internal dryer unit that makes you unable to breathe in the entire apartment when it’s running. We currently have several maintenance requests in for our toilet that won’t stop running as well as our kitchen vent that fell out of the ceiling causing mold spores to be spread all over our kitchen, and they refuse to come in and fix anything or even acknowledge us. Management is EXTREMELY rude and condescending and will not do anything to address any issues, even after I got a note from the hospital that I am being exposed to dangerous mold that is worsening my chronic health conditions. There’s trash everywhere, no one picks up after their dogs, and the entire outside smells like vomit and urine. There’s also a major crime problem with constant gunshots, fighting, and police having to show up due to shootings. The conditions are not livable here.

Pleasant community and helpful staff though many of the apartments are looking a bit old in terms of style and the age of many appliances and finishes. Good convenient location if you have a car and want reasonable housing costs.

I bought a vacuum my first week of living here. It was stolen from my doorstep. Maintenance takes a month to respond to issues. There is poor communication, if there is communication at all. The amenities look flashy but are all in progress and unavailable with exception to three pools. Toilets don't function, doors fall off, disposal is faulty.

No gates or gate pass so no privacy and little danger- no entertainment at all can be use or even directions to or opening, no pets area. No bbq area - Landry need to be more than one room

My air unit went out...I made the call and when she showed up ( the same day, about a hour and a half after my call) she worked on it for at least an hour and then we thought she had fixed it....come to figure out that it was not fixed, it was just blowing out room temp. air. I called the office back and 30 minutes later 2 maintenance workers showed up!! They worked for about 2 1/2 hours ( mind you, they got the recall about 40 mins BEFORE they were to clock out for the day). They were not able to fix it that evening ( the hottest day on record so far in Nash.) They moved 2 mobile units up to my 2nd floor unit for the night....the next day 3 maintenance workers came and they GOT THE JOB DONE and to make sure everything would be OK, they left the mobile units so that my apt could cool down faster and just to be safe in case something was still not working correctly!!!! I've seen A LOT of negative post on this complex but I must say that for the 3 yrs that I've been here I've NEVER had a problem!! If something is broke, they come fix it.... If I'm having an issue, they connect me to the appropriate person and it's taken care of THE SAME DAY!!!! It has ALWAYS been this way for me and now that times are a lot more stressful and employers are all short staffed , I just thought that I'd give our maintenance dept. some praise and encourage them to keep up the good work!!!!!!

So I had my wheels stolen off my car over in the Center Court area early February. There are no security cameras in the area, which makes it so easy for people to get away with whatever they want. The office claims they have a security patrol, but I haven't seen the truck in months. I'd love to see an uptodate patrol schedule. Anyways, while I'm waiting on my $2000 dollars in new wheels/tires to arrive, the management staff marks my car to get towed.... You read that right. After having my car lifted on THEIR property, they make a move to tow my car without even checking to see what was going on. Unprofessional to say the least. No apology or anything. After staving off that attack, I call again to give an update on when my tires/wheels would be arriving (being professional). I was literally told that my vehicle (with STOLEN wheels/tires) was an "eyesore" today (4/1/2022) by the MANAGER working at the time (about noon EST). I believe his name was Kevin. There was no professional concern about my inconvenience, no logging of the police report, or no PLAN on ensuring this situation wouldn't happen again. Sloppy. While taking one of my many Uber rides into town, the driver asks me "what do you think about Nashboro Village? I'm looking to buy property over here." And I told him the brutally honest truth. Lucky for him, people had already warned him about the crime and management in the area. So let that be a lesson to all. As I wrap up my last month of medical school, it's sad to see that management couldn't care less about the safety of me and future tenants. If I displayed this sloppy and negligent attitude towards their medical care, I guarantee I would be held accountable. Nashboro Village has so much potential, but substandard management has always been the crux of commercial enterprises. If you can afford to pay a little more, go somewhere else.

Pictures are not what they look like. When we moved in from out of state the tubs still had hair in them and counters were sticky. The fire alarm also randomly goes off and our tub has been filled with water for a week now because maintenance won’t come out because you can’t get in contact with anyone. People are blaring their music constantly! No matter what time of day it is. If it was the weekend I wouldn’t mind as much but being a work night and it still going at 2am when I gotta be up at 6. None of the rooms have lights. We had to go out and buy lamps just to see in our place. Past couple weeks sounds like random gun shots makes me uncomfortable to let me dog out at night when my boyfriend isn’t home. There’s more but I’ll stop there. Don’t live here.

RUN RUN RUN!!! they look nice on the outside but they are definitely not! We just ended our year lease. They are infested with roaches! They would come out and spray but only would spray in one area and then leave so that was useless. The customer service is horrible. They never pick up the phone or answer an email. Our garage was broken in to I don’t even know how many times because they gave someone else a key that also opened ours, and they wouldn’t even own up to it!!! The only good thing is that they leave you alone but other than that, it’s horrible! The ground are disgusting and the garage is always overflowing. I’ve seen rats at the dumpsters. We’ve had to call the cops because a wife or girlfriend was trying to shoot her boyfriend!! Right behind our apartment!! STAY AWAY!

When I moved in my apartment was infested with roaches. This is also when I was finally able to move in because the old tenant decided he didn't want to move out anymore so they switched my apartment. I fixed the roach problem but only more problems came. When I moved in the apartment was dirty and so many things were broken. For weeks my closet was flooded (I had to fix myself because maintenance either doesn't come or is absolutely useless and don't both with the emergency guy...). Later in my stay my neighbors apartment flooded mine - again, had to fix myself. The gym was never completed so the amenities are virtually none - not sure why I had to pay for literally nothing. You can't reach the office by email nor phone. They don't answer, don't respond to voice mails, and their email inboxes are full. There were two murders and three shootings during my 13 month stay. The parking lots need to be repaved and cleaned. I got two screws in my tires and parked surrounded by airplane bottles and wraps. The walls are paper thin and people play music all night - my neighbor really loved Ariana Grande, which is really great for him but I'm tired. Also, never got my security deposit back and no way of contacting them to figure out why.

I toured this place and loved the unit I saw. I wanted more information the next day and was unable to get a hold of anyone via text, email or voicemail. Two days after, I finally got a phone call back only to find out my unit was taken and I'd now have to get a smaller one. I try to apply online and the login says it is disabled. Again, I try to contact anyone at this place. No reply. Extremely poor communication and Sherri was almost no help. I was very rushed on my phone call and she does not get back to me. Very sad because I thought that I had finally found a place to live.

Listen for my 1st year living here I didn't hate it, I thought it was just a normal apartment until I started to realize that any time I had an issue they refuse to fix it. It is currently 745 I've been trying for 6 whole weeks, you read that right 6 weeks to get my air conditioning fixed. They've come out 5 different times and it's still not fixed it is currently 86? in my apartment and rising. Also I have called the office multiple times to try and get redirected to the emergency maintenance line and I keep getting hung up on and "disconnected". I'm a tenant that paid early EVERY month and paid MORE than what I owed and they still raised my rent by like almost $50 I think? Save yourself the hassle.
Don’t move here. I’m in the Deerfield area, and I can’t wait to move. You pay 1000 + to hear music blasting through cars, trash pilled up, and loud upstairs neighbors. As I’m writing this, it’s 9:26pm, and this person has been sitting in their car for an hour, AN HOUR, blasting music. Never in my life. I can’t wait to move. The quality of this place is worth $700 a month, not 1000 +. I don’t know how many times the police have to be called out here

Save yourself the time. Look elsewhere. This complex cares so little about their tenants. I am a night shift worked and the complex refused to work with my schedule. They stated that, “my lease stated that they had the right to come in when they wanted.” I spent three days without sleep because they wanted to replace the bathtub in my apartment. Mind you, this was not at my request. I gave them three days before they came, in which I was off work and they were free to complete the task. They waited until I was back to work to show up. The lady I spoke with was completely unapologetic and incredibly rude. This is not the first issue I’ve had with the complex. This is just the one that stands out the most.

AI have lived here for a year 1/2. After my lease was up they increased my rent instead of lowering it for a tenant that was never late with rent . I live on the end of the section and one the garbage pile up a lot with people throwing away the stuff when they move and it over fills frequently. two, people with dogs walk them and let them use the area around my patio for a bathroom- I have complained and I know others have as twice now I have had a notice placed on my door about cleaning up dogs.. problem being I have NO dogs. The office staff at first when trying to get you to move there is very nice- after that they are very stuck up. the milestone management spends all the money on the front office up keep not on the fitness center which is out of date and falling apart the roof leaks every time it rains and the weights they have are getting rusted the one pool they had open last summer was disgusting

My husband and I filled out an application online. We spent 2 weeks reading reviews and talking to these people about being able to move in the moment we get there with the Uhaul. We were accepted, all of the documents were in place and we headed to Nashville. The same day we got here, we signed the paperwork with (apparently) someone who was new. Didn't go over anything with us about the detail...about a week later when reading our contract, we noticed they changed our contract from 9 months to 13!!!! These apartments are also NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ABOVE! Our appliances from 1970's and yellow with rust. We ask to update them like the picture stated but they said they couldn't do that. Then we found out that they changed our apartment we originally applied for!! We are stuck in this contract with these people. The environment is horrible!! There are people who sit in their cars for hours, blasting their subs, and it's multiple people! They come driving through, 24 hours of the day, and the main office will do nothing. I have one gal who sits right next to our bedroom window on a daily basis. My husband goes to take our dog out and we have people to yell and mock him, making this very uncomfortable to go anywhere. THIS IS NOT A WALKING PLACE! We can hear everything outside through our walls, windows, and doors. The people above us are constant with the noise and always seem to be blasting their music. I have an 8 month old daughter who no longer sleeps anymore because of all of this. IF YOU CAN, SAVE YOURSELF THE TORMENT OF THIS PLACE AND FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR THE MONEY. They have raised our rent every single month since we've been here and in a matter of 3 months, we are already up $60. This is not worthy anything and certainly is not a safe environment. A month after moving in we received a note about a robbery in our neighborhood.
I've lived in Nashboro Village Apartments for 4yrs now. They own six apartment complexes and are owned by milestone management. Initially moved in the Village Greens Apts and rent increased at least 50 dollars after my lease was up. There people who would turn off my lights from box outside. I complained nothing happened to address this issue. I moved to village hills and after my second lease term expired my rent went up 39 dollars. Now that my lease is about to be up in December it's going up 40 dollars. If u plan on living here I hope you get a raise every year that matches the cost in living. Lease officers are very rude and disgruntled. If u are late for rent they charge 10 percent of your rent plus 100 administration fee. They started that in the middle of my lease term. Just expected month to month changes in your rent.
The exterior could use some work, but the inside is nice and the rent is reasonable. The office has been very helpful and has helped with every problem I've had.

The area I stay in is very convenient, my neighbors are thoughtful. If i ever have a problem with my space management is quick and timely when responding. Overall I am pleased with my home.
i am a current resident of nashboro village in the village hills area. the place is alright. there are spiders all over the building. i find them in my apt. the appliances are out dated minus the washer and dryer. my bathroom ceiling is peeling, my kitchen light doesnt come one with out flicking the light switch a few times. no ceiling light in the bedroom or the living room just the dining room. carpet sucks, it feels old and dirty like its never been cleaned. the office staff is nice. the people living in this building are rude and love to blast music in the parking lot and yell at each other at all hours of the night. oh and they like to "smoke" in the parking lot infront of the building which isnt pleasant since im on the first floor
My apartment location is perfect. I am down the street from so many sit down restaurants and fast food. I am also down the street from many different gas stations. The grocery store is is the closest; right at the end of the complex. Everything is all within walking distance is you want to get some exercise. Also there is a gym on the complex, swimming pools and even a golf course. There are many different kinds of apartment to choose from and I think that the best part of all is that they have extended weekly hours and Saturday and Sunday open hours.
