About Nautical Mile Apartments

The Nautical Mile Apartments is a beautiful community located on The Nautical Mile in St. Clair Shores, across the street from Blossom Heath and Wahby Park! NEW and UPDATED units are now available! Amazing views with the large floor to ceiling windows in each unit. Walking Distance to Lake St. Clair, many restaurants, and public transportation. All residents are given one assigned parking space with their apartments, as well as one storage unit in the basement. Gas, heat, water, and trash removal are all included with the lease. Residents are only resposible for DTE/Electric, and the Cable/Internet package they desire (the buildings are wired for Comcast/Xfinity).
