They lied about placing a note on our door. They randomly upped our rent by double. Upon moving they would not conduct a move out walk-through with us. The place was spotless we have photographs and videos of when we first moved in and when we moved out. They decided to add $105 cleaning fee to our move our bill. They are holding our $500 security deposit. Corporate will not return a single one of our phone calls. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WHEN IT COMES TO A RENTAL.. HANDS DOWN!

We loved our actual apartment, but that's about it. The management completely ruins it. MG Properties is the WORST. I advise you to avoid this building at all costs. It is dirty, smelly, and mismanaged. There are better buildings in the area for a better price. Don't make the same mistake we did.

I applied here two weeks ago and didn’t get approved. When you apply you have to put down a $300 deposit that I was told would be refunded to me by the end of the week. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten it back and all of my emails have been ignored. Absolutely ridiculous
