About Nevada Villas

Walking distance to BelMar Mall and bus lines. Easy drive to Federal Bldgs and Kaiser. All utilities are included in the rent except electricity. A large, light and airy apt that is located in a 24 unit community that is clean, quiet and in a nice residential neighborhood. Unit has mirrored closets, ceiling fans, linen closet and a large storage closet in the unit. There is off street parking, additional storage unit for tenant use in basement and an on-site laundry. We are a smoke free building. Renters Insurance is required. Inside cats only that have been spayed/neutered with vet verification. SHOWING ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
