The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. The resident must obtain a new Utah Driver's License with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe. NEIGHBORHOOD: The Pioche Village is a highly desired location for outdoor activities, restaurants, shopping, and festivities year round! Enjoy hiking and biking trails in your backyard including close access to Deer Valley Resort. Conveniently located a short drive away from both Park City Main Street and Stein Erikson Lodge.
