As one of America’s preeminent college towns, New Brunswick packs an extraordinary range of culture into a relatively small community. Rutgers University has long been the focal point of the city, and the college town vibe is especially strong around the campus: Easton Avenue and George Street cater to the student population’s appetites with restaurants, nightlife, entertainment venues, and the famous Grease Trucks. The local music scene is legendary, with performers of every description regularly packing bars and nightclubs all over town.
The city’s strong tradition in the fine arts lives on through the numerous galleries and theater companies throughout the community. And while the collegiate atmosphere is one of New Brunswick’s most dominant characteristics, things get considerably quieter in the residential areas that make up the middle portion of the city.

Property Ratings at New Brunswick Apartments
Nice size apartments. With all going on in the world with cov-19, each apartment should have their own washer and dryer installed. The laundry room is a waste of space. The space should be a resource center for the people in the development. The laundry room is dirty. No attendance. Trash running over. Those that don't have transportation are forced to use it.y
This place is infested with mice and cockroaches (the winged kind) the office staff is very rude, the property manager here always seems to have just stepped out or is never in the office when an issue needs to be addressed.maintenance workers are not trade certified and are hired handymen that get free rent for their work. I will not be renewing my lease and suggest unless you are desperate that you do not move here as well. Take note that these are low income rent subsidized apartments yet there are many luxury vehicles on the property (go figure).
The staff at the property is very nice and helpful. They made the moving process easy. The lady at the front desk was able to answer all my questions.
Did not get any reply from the owner and the phone number is always busy.
