Nice place!
I moved here from a nearby apartment complex, Ron the super showed me around. Since I moved in the pest control comes monthly, common areas are clean. Loads a free off street parking in a very lit up parking lot. This is by far the best bang for your buck in the area.

Horrible landlord and unsafe living conditions
Renters BEWARE!! If you want to live in a place with mold/mildew smell, repairs not being done properly, living for months with leaks, outside trash bins overflowing and vermin/rodents on attack, safety concerns, no exterior lights in the parking lot, issues of drug dealers, homeless vagrants, drug addicts who enter and walk around the halls, and a landlord that doesn't care about anything other receiving the rent than this is the place for you! By the way, said landlord has very shady ways; he will receive your rent and then post an eviction notice on your door claiming unpaid rent. WARNING BELLS !!!
