Great community and friendly staff really liked this place a lot. They always have something going on to make it extra special. from food trucks to just special activities at the clubhouse this place is great for family fun

I have been living in this community for 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. Location is also convenient. Shopping centers, groceries, gas stations, marina and a great park to just walk and relax. It is a safe environment for children & pets. The pool area is always clean, the gym is located by the main pool with a beautiful relaxing view. My favorite is the yoga room. All residents can enjoy the amenities knowing it is safe and secure.

I don’t have any complaints. It’s quiet and front office is always helpful. Trash pickup is always on point and ample parking areas. Pools are always clean and well maintained.

Very nice place to live quiet clean next to mayor highways I 95 turnpike 595 and close to mayor international airport and port Everglades a very important port and also close to malls and shopping restaurants

Ben was amazing!! He explained everything in detail and was very thorough. My unit has a few kinks but nothing I can not live with… I’ve submitted my walk through and looking forward to the few little repairs to be made

we are about 6 months into living here and we still really enjoy it. the way the property is taken care of, the trash service, location, it’s all great for us! Our only complaints, people driving too fast and people not using their own code to enter.

I have had a good experience living here. Quiet community, maintenance is reliable and communicative, and Ben from the leasing office is the best.

This is a quiet community with great amenities, comfortable units and it is in close proximity to the turn pikes, restaurants and just a 20 minute drive to the beach.

New to the community and so far so good. Expected a bit more professionalism when dealing with office personnel but overall it’s been good. I’m excited to utilize the amenities.

Overall experience has been good. The apartment is a decent size with good amenities. Community is friendly and relatively safe. Communication with the leasing office could be better.

I like living at NRC because it is centrally located in Fort Lauderdale, the property is well maintained with the best facility- maintenance team on property & the gym is a hidden gem with state of the art equipment.

Management is outstanding. Maintenance team is amazing. My overall experience living here has been wonderful. Thank you to all New River Cove Staff for making sure we have a clean and happy community.

I really like the community and the neighbors. The property management company is responsive and the staff is nice and friendly. I wish they will open the gym at 6AM for my convenience, but besides I like it.

NRC is clean and the maintenance is great. I like that the community is smaller and gated as well, I feel safer. The only "complaints" I have is about the mailboxes. They are super old and outdated, and it looks like they will break any day now.

The community is amazing the staff is amazing Jessica Ben and Destiny been here almost 3 years no complaints if you looking for a community with alot of amenities 24Hr gym food truck every day this will be the place

Maintenance quick to help. Grounds are kept beautifully trimmed and maintained. Office is quick to help with any disputes. Cool community features like rhythm juice pool party with tropical drinks, movie nights, and food trucks! Been here almost 2 years, no plans on leaving anytime soon!

Clean and safe community. Easy access to everything with the mayor highways just minutes away. Beautiful views from the patios, with a very large space.

Parking is absolutely chaotic I've never seen anything like it. Everything else is fine, If something is broke maintenance comes fairly quickly, If you have a question for the rental office they're there all the time and they answer the phone reply to emails. People need to do a better job about picking up after their animals but that's out of their control.

It’s not bad living here but it’s a lot of problems with common issues that I knew were happening before I moved in. Great location after I was referred and heated great things just bad on management

Great nice and easy. I like the pool and the lounge. Nice and clean. Great maintenance staff. One of the best. Having a bulk trash is always a bonus as well.

For an apartment I never got to see in person prior to move in. Worked out great. Destiny is awesome and I loved the layout. Parking is horrendous but you can't have everything.

Love the nice living at new river gove closed to mayor highways I 95 . Turnpike. 595 . Mayor international airport. Mayor port Everglades shopping malls restaurants and beaches and parks

The management sucks, roaches are infested within the walls here, maintence walks in ignoring the fact that you state they should alert you, and overall just a mess.

The security here is terrible, so let's start there. I've been observing how many people are tailgating for the past few months. The gate seems to malfunction, with all 3 gate arms going up simultaneously. The gate arms don't go down immediately after every car passes through. People are still driving fast, but I take pictures of every vehicle that comes by to build a case. It's frustrating. It's only a matter of time before someone gets into an accident. But for the most part, keep to yourself and watch your surroundings.

New River Cove has been a great place to live! From the start I have felt welcomed and if I have any concerns they are quickly resolved. Wish we would add a grill to the secondary pool.

NRC is well maintained with fair rental prices despite the economy. Management is on top of issues & easy to deal with. Thank you! The maintenance team is 10/10! Friendly and recognize me as a tenant..

Conveniently located near all highways, supermarkets and with easy access to the malls etc. The community is well maintained and all the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Great community to call home!!

Overall my experience here has been nothing but what I ever expected. Community is well maintenance, leasing team are amazing and friendly respectful neighbors. This is a place to call home for sure.

Maintenance is the most helpful I've ever lived. Makes up for a few residents being noisy but nrc can't really do much about that. Grounds maintained well. Never have to wait long to get something fixed. Ac went out on a Sunday and our guy got up on his day off and fixed it!

It’s quite no complaints. All the people I’ve met are pretty nice for the most part. It’s always parking compared from the last place I left. And the grounds stay clean.

That was some awesome speedy work getting the gate back up and functioning. That's exactly what residents appreciate: prompt communication, attention and restoring security asap. Great job maintenance and the others at the office.

We love new river cove so far!! The move in procedure was easy and the facilities are beautiful! The pools and the gym are extremely nice. Our only complaint is the gate still not working.

Recently moved here and so far loving it! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful apartment, and one of the best prices for the area. Staff have been very friendly throughout the move in process.
