About New River Farms Apartments
New River Farms is conveniently located just behind the Boone Mall and close to numerous restaurants, a brewery, and bus stops. These apartments offer both 4bd/2ba and 2bd/2ba floor plans. With plenty of parking for you and your guests, all inclusive rent, and fresh updates, this complex is perfect for the tenant that wishes to be at the center of it all. Units include ceiling fans, brand new luxury vinyl plank floors, and modern grey walls. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer & dryer are included! Furry friends are welcome, with a limit of 1 pet per bedroom. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying. 4-bedroom units rent for $700 per bed & 2-bedroom units rent for $680 per bed. Security deposit is typically the same as the rent with a $75 administrative fee per tenant.
