The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The community activities are very cute. I love how the staff always try to bring the community together by setting up different activities especially during the holidays. They even take your pets into consideration when doing activities which to me really sets them apart from everyone else because what apartment complex do you know hosts pet costume party’s and pool pawties for your pets during the summer.

The apartment is very clean, staff is always very friendly. Maintenance comes very quick when needed. They have a lot of fun events throughout the month.

We are here 11 months and are still extremely happy. From the excellent service and amenities constantly provided by the wonderful office staff; Christine, Amanda, Gabriella, and Lauren, every month is a delightful new adventure. They are constantly increasing the fun activities and excellent service. I have to remind myself that I am not in a hotel. I also cannot forget to mention the excellent and amiable service provider by Reggie and his Maintenance staff. We highly recommend life in New Village Apartments!

New village is a nice place to live. There are numerous get togethers for the residents so you can meet people. Staff are very responsive to apartment problems and quickly resolved.

This is a great place to live! The garden is sweet and so are the residents! The pool is beautiful in the spring/summer and the grounds shine in the winter snow.

I’ve been here for just about a year and absolutely love my apartment. The town is beautiful, with lots of restaurants, bars, music venues, theater, and other cool stuff to do nearby. Easy, quick walk to the train for commuting to work or for some city fun. Super convenient local beaches and ferry to Fire Island. It would be nice if the New Village pool was open longer during the year, but love that there is a pool! The only real issue is the summer evening and weekend noise if your apartment is right on Main Street.

I love it here. Not 1 negative thought goes through my mind when I head home. The only thing I am sad about is the community room rental fees and deposit. When I first moved in, it was very affordable for someone in the program but, now I can't have my family over without being in an open community room which means other residents and their family and friends walk around sometimes looking to get fed, which I can't afford to do. It's embarrassing to me. The fees started at 200.00 and I think a 300.00 deposit, to, 400.00 with a 500.00 deposit. I'm in a studio so I don't have enough room to have guests but, i did purchased a table, now I have to figure it out. This is a me thing. The community, management and Employees, building and area, are all the best you can get.

Beautiful place to come home too. The garage ceiling tiles need to be addressed missing tiles everywhere so when it rains it’s a lot of water.

It’s a nice friendly atmosphere, all of the neighbors and ladies in the office are super sweet. There’s fun activities and events that go on. Moving here was definitely the best decision I’ve made.

I lived here for almost 2 years! The staff are all great including maintenance! The leasing team goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The location in Patchogue could not be any better, parking garage in the heart of Patchogue, I never had to worry about parking and access to all the best restaurants. Highly recommend a tour if you are thinking about moving in!

Living in the New Village Apartments has changed my life. I am so happy now. I can't wait to come home now. The staff here is the best you can get. Quick when you call them. Friendly and happy which says a lot. The building and amenities are great AND we have the benefit of living on and so close to main street, where we see the parades and walk around without having to worry about parking.

I’ve been living at New Village for over 6 years and while it is pricey, it is worth it. Reggie and the maintenance staff are so helpful and go above and beyond every time! The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and it is so great to be in walking distance of everything Patchogue has to offer. I love living here!

I just moved back to New Village. The entire staff are friendly and compassionate. Especially, Gabriella! So far everyone seems extremely friendly and welcoming. I’m excited to keep meeting everyone and truly make new village my new home. The more I explore the apartment building I keep finding new things to like about it and it really just sets them ahead of a lot of other apartments. Great place. Nick and the rest of the staff have been so helpful and always in a great mood. Community events like the residents barbecue and others were an unexpected and wonderful surprise. I have never rented in an apartment building my whole life but my granddaughter and I are loving our time at New Village. The parking garage and my spot are awesome and so convenient. ??

The staff here are all friendly and kind. The facility itself is very new and comfortable. Patchogue is lively and can be very noisy especially if you’re facing Main St or in building 5.
