Bad services!!!!

New castle apartment before was great, but now is very bad. Since 7 days the A/ C don't work in my apartment, that's a real emergency?? when I call the Manager, she said "the AC man coming". She gave me two Fans. That set! Now, she don't answer my phone probably she blocked my number? That's not business!! She needs to learn how to treat people!!!
