Newman Village Apartments

My 1st experience with Newman Village was with my son when he moved in and the staff was incredible helpful and the process went smoothly. 1 month later I decided to also move in to my own apartment. I worked with each of the leasing agents and they were all very kind and helpful. Jordan, the manager, was very responsive and doesn't hesitate to answer the phones. Zoe was my primary leasing agent and followed up with every little detail. Bridget never hesitated to step up and answer any of my questions and Nicole was very kind and reassuring when I seemed to just need to talk. I am equally impressed with the maintenance staff. Abel has been on top of all of the requests that I have submitted. I was very impressed with the size and layout of the 2 bedroom apartment that I chose. Every day I see the cleaning staff, maintenance staff and grounds keeper working diligently and the property is very clean and kept up. I look out over the pool and the water features and palm trees are beautiful and the pool is very well maintained. I look forward to my time in this beautiful community!

The apartment have very cheap appliances and 1 to 2 months after we move in the apartment either break or stop working and they charge the amount on the residents saying then we are responsible for them since the cheap stuff worked on the day we moved in. When we even try to explain they don't respond properly and behave very rude saying then they mentioned that in the contract and we signed it.. End of the day they make all the money they paid for cheap appliances they try to pay for them using the residents money. Cheap tricks to make money.

It’s 11:30 on a Sunday night, and there is music playing from the speakers that surround the large green space in front of the office. It’s loud enough that the bass carries into the apartments. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

The apartment is excellent with nice bathrooms and kitchen appliances. I especially love the courtyard that is very pretty, giving a resort feeling! Parking is very very convenient, located all around the complex so very likely to find one close to your apartment. There is also a free parking garage which was very helpful during the winter and icy weather. There is a 24 hour gym with excellent equipment. There is a coffee lounge with coffee machine which is great for studying. More than anything, location is great, only minutes away from target, Costco, and many food places. I really recommend this apartment!!!! Alexis is wonderful in helping us move in and out. Thank you!

This very expensive property’s foundation is cracking bad in certain units. Before I moved out they would have the maintenance person paint over the cracks for appearance. They also really need to have security personnel on property visual after hours especially at night!!!!

Newman Village has a wonderful layout with an excellent use of space. The staff goes above and beyond to help make for a smooth transition into becoming a resident. Definitely recommend Newman Village and their team when looking for a place to live.

The staff is truly amazing, caring and extremely helpful. The response time for a service request is second to none. Newman Village is super clean and maintained flawlessly. I could not be more happy with the choice I made by moving here !!!!
