Property Ratings at Newpointe Apartments
Stay far far away. Rent is stupidly high for nothing. Construction is shoddy, repairs are the same. Can’t see through the windows as they are all old and they let air and bugs in. Front doors look awful, need to be painted. It’s looking like a slum apartment complex. They raise the rent every year very high. Why??? We all live check to check. Everyone is moving out to go to better places that have more room, better construction, quieter and tons of beautiful amenities. Stay away.
Rent is too high for what you get. Cheap material, cheap appliances. Property manager isn’t the best. Will not be renewing when lease is up.

Apartments are not what the pics show. Magic of photography. Management is not proactive. Rent is going up astonishingly high for what you get. Good luck.
We moved to Newpointe in July after selling our home of many years. It has been a delightful surprise. We are in a first floor, 2 bedroom apartment that is pleasant and clean. Yes, it will benefit from an update one of these days, but everything works well and includes our own washer and dryer. One of the biggest surprises moving from a single detached home to this complex is the quiet. It is simply amazing. At first I thought that our patio was too open, too exposed and was just not what we were used to...but...the stunning, old growth maple and evergreens add a cooling touch that can't be beat. We can sit for hours outside reading and playing scrabble and enjoying ourselves. Neighbors do come out on their patio's but there is no loud music, no thumping bass speakers disturbing our peace and enjoyment. Now, we just need to patiently await the spring when we can occupy the outdoors in shirtsleeves and shorts once again. This was a good choice for us. C & J
I have lived in Newpointe for almost a year, and I am very happy in my apartment. I will definitely be extending my lease for an additional 12 months when it expires. The manager very prompt about responding to service requests , she treats everyone like family, and always courteous and eager to resolve any problem that is brought to her attention . They just switched ownership and the new owners are doing major renovations to the complex. I see landscapers working every day now. They are painting everything and fixing lights outside and inside of the buildings. I just checked one apartment that was recently renovated and it looks great. New flooring and beautiful kitchen. I'm thinking about moving to the renovated apartment right now.
We just recently moved in and this place is amazing. The apartment is more spacious than most 2 bedrooms that we had looked at. Our unit has a front porch which is perfect for relaxing. The playground is a bit "old school" and might benefit from an update, but it's still nice for the kids to play on. The amount of storage space is a huge plus. There are large closets and plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen. Perfect for stocking up on pasta, rice, and canned goods. The fridge is a nice size as well and will hold a lot of fresh foods. The freezer is decent as well. The best part is that it is right on a bus line which provides easy access to shopping and restaurants. The management seems to value quiet as there are reminders in the lease packet not to run your washer and dryer past 10:30 at night. I highly recommend living here.
My family and I moved into Newpointe Apartments back in 2006 and absolutely LOVE IT here! The apartments are spacious and have a lot of closet space along with the washer and dryer add to the convenience along with the area it is located in. Right off of Route 611, you have the bus route right at the corner along with all of the shopping areas really close by. In the ten years we have lived here, we have enjoyed friendly neighbors and a wonderful staff that keep the place looking great and everything in your apt. working 100%. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to live, then I would suggest living here and not having to worry about anything. Come on over and take a look for yourself!
Was looking for an apartment close to Doylestown & work, this place offers the perfect mix! Right off 611 I have access to all of my favorite restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious with tons of closet space. Each apartment has their own balcony or porch which is a great way to unwind after a long day. Washer & Dryer in each apartment means never having to worry about your laundry walking away or pre-maturely being removed.
Site manager and maintenance are very lax in responding to requests. The apartment is really nice and is very close to transportation and shopping.
