There is so much I could say about the incredible experience I have had since moving in. The staff here is ready to jump anytime you have a request and they get it taken care of so fast it could make your head spin! Meredith, Reiana, Haleigh, the leasing consultants are so quick to answer questions and are so kind and professional that I come by often just to say hi! Adam the Property Manager is one of the most professional men I have had the pleasure of working with and is the definition of a can do attitude. If you have the opportunity to get an apartment here JUST DO IT!

The entire office staff here is absolutely lovely. They made the entire move-in process so simple and stress free! The property is beautiful, and the upgraded units are truly impressive. The staff truly cares about their community and your personal input, expressing nothing but kindness and patience. All while having fun! I am completely thrilled to be calling this place my new home!

My 5 year old got stung twice by wasps while at the playground with her friends around 2:30p today. The other parents we were there with said they saw a nest immediately after it happened. I have left a voicemail with the front office and maintenance. Please close off playground area if you can not immediately get rid of these wasps. You really should have maintenance checking for them periodically.

I've been living here for over 3 years now and it's my forever home. Me and my teenager love our cozy apartment. I know all the staff and maintenance very well. They did an amazing job with fixing my leaky toilet and balcony they sealed up cracks I had. Everything is amazing here. We are close to everything work and school is right up the road. Thank you for giving us a great and comfortable home. I tell my clients about where I live and how fantastic it is here. We love it.

Very pleasant and quiet. Cant beat how close we are to all the stores and major roads yet you feel tucked away from the hustle of it all. Love that the most!

Overall very satisfied except for the condition of the jogging trail which is in very poor condition and has been abandoned by management.

I just recently renewed my 4th lease here with Newport Colony. This is my daughter and I's forever home. Very comfortable living. I look forward too coming home from a long day of work too my cozy little place.

So far I have experienced peaceful quiet and natural surroundings. Excellent for dog owners. Ample parking and good access to amenities at least those not restricted by covid. Spacious and well laid out apartment. 10 out of 10

Quiet, beautiful trees provide lots of shade for parking and walking, friendly staff. Safe neighborhood.

Great place to live. I've lived here for almost two years. Although there was a change in management, all/most of the employees have remained. Always super helpful, professional & kind.

Not able to communicate with the office, when you call the office it's directed to an answering service, when you try to talk to anyone at the office they wave you away. This is way too extreme, we should be able to enter the office with a face mask. Using Covid is a great excuse to ignore your tenants.

Newport Colony is a great place to live! Maintenance people are so nice and so responsive. I feel safe and it's quiet.

Great place to live, quiet, clean, maintenance repairs performed quickly, friendly, courteous staff. Walking/bike trails steps away from complex as well as gas station and food stores minutes away.

The maintenance group is great, timely and professional. They always explain what they're doing and that's a plus. My a/c was blowing warm air at 9 o'clock on Tuesday within an hour Cristian got to the apartment and he stayed until everything was working properly with no excuses. You don't hardly get that anymore.

We have been here for 10 months and just resigned our lease. We love the grounds that are well kept,maintenance crew has been great,and we are enjoying Newport Colony

Quiet community.

Very pleased overall with the community. However, the move-in experience was not the most pleasant because of the current pandemic and no personal contact with office staff. In most instances so far, it has been difficult to contactd anyone in the office.

Jamar was my leasing agent, he treated me with the upmost respect and with the highest level of service. No lie, I thought I was at the Ritz with his excellent customer service. I was so worried moving from out of state and concern about fees, deposits etc. Jamar walk me through the process from the tour, application, approval and move in! It's been 6 months so far and I couldn't be happier! Neighborhood is nice, clean, and with amenities. Any concerns in the apartment (bathroom faucet) was taken care of right away! the gate isn't always locked but the neighborhood is safe so no worries!

I recently moved in and I haven’t had the opportunity to check out all the amenities, but I’m pleased with what I’ve seen so far. My leasing agent, Jamar has been wonderful! He’s professional, courteous and very helpful. I’ve found the maintenance staff, especially Jorge to be very friendly and helpful. I’ll check back in soon when I’ve had a chance to try out the gym and relax by the pool. :)

Loved the visit! I'm moving to Orlando from out of state and tried to narrow my apartment search online before a quick visit in person. Online reviews and my (eventual) in person visit indicated that Newport Colony is the place for me! The community appears to be well maintained, reasonably priced, quiet, and welcoming. I feel a great peace of mind to move down and live alone, even as a young single woman. Grateful for the easy application process and looking forward to moving in.

Newport Colony is a great mixture between nature and apartment living. You wake up everyday and see the trees greeting you with speckles of sunlight in between. To me, the outside is great, it's more fo the inside that takes a bit of a dip in terms of quality. One feature I love is that my apartment has a very big balcony; i'm telling you, taking an afternoon sitting outside watching a video or reading makes for a perfect leisurely activity. But the inside of the apartment suffers. Amenities aren't updated, the quality seems to have not been replaced for years, and the apartment isn't as spacious as it seems. For all it's worth though, you'll enjoy a pleasant stay at Newport if you enjoy nature and the inside amenities aren't a deterrent for you.

The appliance are old and costly. Light bill is very high because of outdated a/c units and appliances. Noisy and rude people are moving here

I am living in a roach infested apartment and trying to get out. They lied and told me it was a luxury apartment. I am looking for a place to live need to move out at the end of this month. Please get me and my disabled son out of this nightmare!!!

If you're looking for quiet and comfortable, this is the place. Our apartment has a good floor plan with large bedrooms and a screened-in porch. The complex is in a calm neighborhood, is gated, and is set far back from the main road. The dumpster can be seen from the entrance and the leasing center, so they try to keep it consistently clean. We're pretty sure maintenance gets bonuses for doing good work, so they're quick and thorough. They have a regular exterminator, so haven't had much of a bug problem. We do, however, get a few lizards sneaking in through the chimney or doors. They don't have any bike racks, so it's not really bike friendly. And the long biking path that starts just down the street from the entrance is not somewhere you should be after dark- it winds into the woods and down to Kewannee Park. (It feels very safe during the day.) The only other issue we've had is with washer/dryer "rental". You aren't allowed to bring your own and must rent from them. So, it's more of a washer/dryer fee. Overall, though, we really like it here and are renewing for another year.

Apartment is great, park like atmosphere, maintenance people awesome and office agents friendly. Large screened in porches a plus.

I lived in my apt complex for 13yrs it's very spacious and cozy..a huge bedroom and bathroom nice size and kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet space and area for cooking the complex has a gym 2 good size pools and everyone friendly..it's a little overdrive and I don't have a lot of income but it's a safe reliable and peaceful complex with lots of trees and beautiful scenery..

Moving here it seemed nice on the outside it is indeed nicer on the inside except for shadows from the trees, if you have a view. But if you like piece and quiet then it's great.

New to appartment living, wish this was the first home I chose because because it would've been the only one. Lined with a canopy of trees, a beautiful fountain, and perfectly placed benches around it. Lots of peace and quiet, nice neighbors, pet friendly even though I don't have any. The staff is super friendly and always prompt to fix a problem. Last month they were even handing out breakfasts at the gate! So lucky to find new home and only four miles from home! When I renewed my lease they had yummy snacks, drinks.....love this place. I Do have the best apartment....I was ready to move in when I saw the wrap around porch. Love this place!
