Property Ratings at Newport Village
Pros - The units are beautiful, spacious and updated and the amenities are nice. Maintenance responds quickly Cons- BUGS,ROACH infestation, inside and MICE outside. Walls are really thin and they shut the water off every couple weeks so you have to leave your house for the majority of the day every couple weeks which is a huge inconvenience . Parking is TRASH, and they charge you $65+ for unassigned parking and you have a far walk to your car every day so good luck! They also raise your rent like crazy to renew your lease and they add all these additional fees and make you get their internet which is terrible quality!

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciate the units and amenities, but we're sorry for the issues you've experienced with pests, water outages, and parking. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to improve our community. Kind Regards, Madison WeCare@udr.com
The apartments are very nice, I fell in love but they make a lot of turns to be able to finish the application, they already approved me but they never contacted me to be able to finish, I went to Newport for more than three days but the administration of UDR is very bad because from one channel it told me that I did not need to justify my status but from another he told me that yes or yes, they made me waste time and money because I already paid the insurance is a disaster
I’ve been here only a few weeks, and I already hate this place. There were so many issues with the unit, and they still haven’t addressed some of them. Today, they brought in a new fridge, but they haven’t been able to install it correctly. In the meantime, the hose is leaking water in our unit. Also, the brand new fridge they ordered for us, is all scratched up and already dented. When I complained about it, they said it wasn’t their responsibility, but the responsibility of the sub contractor. The unit is full of earwigs, and our bathroom door won’t close properly, because the door wasn’t installed well. When I mentioned the condition of the closets, they said the closets come “as is.” They said it through a note they left on the floor. Also, our patio has spray paint markings and melted wax all over. The management just tries to sweep everything under the rug, and says that if isn’t a hazard, they’re not going to address it.

Hello there, We are sorry to learn that you have had a negative experience with us so far! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for sharing your experience. We are continuously looking for opportunities to improve and will take your feedback into account as we work on refining our processes to ensure we provide the best possible experience. We kindly request that you submit a maintenance request for each maintenance concern you have so our team can address each issue. Do not hesitate to contact our onsite team with any questions or concerns you may have at any point during your residency. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or stress this may have caused and would love an opportunity to improve your experience! Kind Regards, Callie, WeCare@udr.com
Submit maintenance requests and they are closed as completed consistently. Notify management of the issue and they ask you to email them of your concerns and absolutely nothing will happen unless you show up to the leasing office with some bass in your voice. The location is perfect for business professionals working in the DMV. The square footage is excellent. The units are older and a bit worn but you can make them home; however, if you have maintenance requests which require a professional- you will experience the lack of accountability, the mismanagement, and the inconsistency. If you have other options and even if the price is a bit more, from the maintenance perspective- you will be better off somewhere other than Newport Village.

-Rodent, roach infestation: I thankfully am in a building without this problem. I have visited other neighbor's buildings across the street and they seem to have a more prominent issue -Unauthorized entrances: I gave the leasing office a written notice several months ago about violating Virginia law and a breach of the lease agreement as the staff was entering my apartment without the legal and lease term required notice. The SmartRent app gives you a notification of when the office creates a maintenance code to enter your apartment but the app doesn't even tell you what it was for. They thankfully complied afterward, but I should have never had to remind them of the legal precedence. Today they entered my apartment WITHOUT NOTICE AGAIN!

Our goal is always to build strong resident relationships and provide a top-notch community for residents to call home. Feedback like yours helps us get closer to achieving that goal. We apologize for any dissatisfaction and appreciate you sharing your feedback with our team. Kind Regards, Madison WeCare@udr.com
You’ll have a brain aneurysm just from the application process alone. You’ll have questions but no one to answer them. Humans in the leasing office are only there for show because how can you take care of your tenants if you’re not answering or returning calls? You’ll be left communicating with a robot that can’t even get your name right. The corporate office will provide the same results. Listen to every negative review out there but ignore the property managers responses: those are only for show too.

We moved in last Nov and will be here for the next year if we don’t break our lease because of the noise. At first the apartment was not bad with the price and layout. But once we settled in the noise started. You can hear every little step, movement, action , etc from your upstairs neighbor. We can hear our upstairs neighbor opening their closet doors and dresser even the phone alarm that’s how thin the floor is. They had people over one day and I needed to leave my own apartment because the noise from their steps was driving me crazy. I couldn’t enjoy my weekend while listening to pounding from each step or little kids running across the apartment. If you value your sleep I wouldn’t live here as you’ll never have quite nights. If you cant stand hearing people walking back and further above you I wouldn’t even give this place a look. Find somewhere else to live!

Hello there, We are sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with us! I’m sorry to hear that your neighbors were being disruptive. Units can have more or less noise depending on the location. Noise is sometimes something that cannot be completely eliminated when it comes to apartment living. Noise is best addressed as it occurs, please let our team know when the noise is occurring, so they can attend to the situation. If the issue persists for an extended period of time or occurs during late night/early morning hours, please submit a case through your Res App so our team can assist when we are back in the office. If you have concerns about the noise you are experiencing after hours, we also encourage you to contact the local police. Thank you for providing feedback so we are aware and make the necessary improvements. Kind regards, Callie, WeCare@udr.com
RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS. So unfortunate how they are choosing to deal with a building-wide rodent infestation! The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, great location, but at this point feels like you are on the set of Ratatouille. They run around the house like pets, day and night! My elderly parent has sent numerous emails and messages, and only offered temporary fixes. They are coming out of the walls and the floors!!!! Who knows what diseases they bring with them. Again, such a shame for a place with such great potential. Do better Newport Village!
I advise everyone to AVOID this apartment complex. I have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences living here. I lived here for one year, and then got out as soon as my lease ended. For 7 of the 12 months living there, I dealt with mice. It took me about 50 maintenance requests to even get them to send pest control to my apartment. And once pest control was able to come out regularly, they notified me that maintenance would have to replace baseboard and do other work to prevent the mice from continuing to come into my apartment. Pest control and I both reached out to maintenance multiple times and they NEVER fixed the problem. I had mice up until the day I moved out. My neighbors also had this same exact problem. There was another incident where the entire building smelled like gas and when I called emergency maintenance they told me they were not going to send anyone out to check on the issue. The issue ended up being in someone else's apartment in the building, but I was responsible for calling the gas company and the fire department so the building did not blow up. It was complete NEGLIGENCE on behalf of the apartment building and I truly worry for the safety of the people who have to live there. When I followed up with the office the next day, they did not even read my email and told me to "just call emergency maintenance next time." Most recent, I am being charged $200 for carpet cleaning and repair even though on my move-in inspection form I noted that there were stains on the carpet. Coincidentally though, they "lost" my form so now I am liable for the fees. I also had friends in other building who had their apartment flooded THREE times and maintenance continued to ignore the problem, so she had to keep dealing with the same issues over and over. The walls are super thin and you will hear everything your upstairs and downstairs neighbors do. If they listen to TV or music, it will sound like they're listening to it inside of your apartment. It is also not a dog friendly neighborhood. Everyone who has a dog is very stand-offish and the dog park is a poor excuse for a dog park. There used to be a nice grassy area dogs and children could play in but they ruined that by putting in extra grills with no seating. Please feel free to reach out to me if you want to know any other issues I've had with this apartment. I cannot stress enough that you should not live here.
Its really gone down the drain. Mice and rats everywhere grounds aren't kept. Call boxes don't work. Emergency water shut off like every 2 weeks. Management doesn't answer phone nor respond to emails. Package room never locked .. parking lot hasn't been fixed since last water break... you're better off living under a bridge
If you have small children run as far away from this place. Constant water outages at little to no notice, you can never get ahold off the office staff. Maintenance walks in like they own the place and rarely ever fix anything. Pest control is a joke, throw a few traps and leave, we had rats in our unit for months with two small children its a nightmare. If you sign the lease expect extra roommates.

Full sized rats are all over the property. They roam around the buildings, the dumpsters and all through the parking lots. The buildings are old and full of holes where roaches and mice easily come in the apartments. Keeping a clean apartment won’t help you. The walls are infested. This place looks nice from landscaping abs painting the parking lot, but once you move in, you will see the infestation show.
Mice, rats, roaches in apartments and throughout the community. The sub flooring in nearly all of the units are dry rotted and need to be replaced. If you don’t live on the top floor, you will hear your neighbor tip toe to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Walls are paper thin. Parking is a nightmare. Proper parking is not enforced. “Controlled access” has been broken for over 3 months. This company only cares about collecting money and running out the clock until they can demolish these apartments to build a high rise or sell the land. Steer clear of this place, you will be on your own with no help from the office.
Buyer beware, you may not be getting the apartment that you are advertised. My wife and I moved here during COVID so we could not see the apartment prior to moving in. They sent us a description and a virtual tour of an apartment with features such as granite countertops, ceiling fans, updated kitchen and bathroom, and a breakfast bar. The apartment we were given did not have any of these features, we even had to buy our own microwave because there was not one in here. When we brought up these concerns to the leasing office and asked for rectification, they acknowledged the error, but refused to rectify the situation at all. Basically, they embellished the features of the apartment to get us to sign a legally binding lease and afterwards we were stuck here. Also, out of the six apartments I have lived in, this apartment has the most incompetent maintenance staff I have ever tried to work with. We have submitted maintenance tickets that either they don't come or they come but don't resolve the issue. There was an instance in which I talked to someone from maintenance face to face and went through the apartment with them and described all of the problems inside, but then no one came back to actually fix any of it. I would honestly give this place negative stars if I could.
Had issues with hot water. would burn myself taking a shower. It would turn hot in a second and very cold in the next second. Crazy. It was never fixed even if I put multiple requests and the came by multiple times. Couldn't be resolved. It happened only the bathroom shower and sink. Also, issues with toilet. It was always clogged. They couldn't fix that either. Had always to use a plunger after using the toilet. People at the leasing office are not responsive. Forget it. They would never take your call or call you back. No communication. Add that to the weed smell that gets to my bathroom everyday. They said: "Nothing they can do about it, I have to call the police" Really ?
I have been living here for almost four years now and I'm coming to apartments.com because they will not let me leave a comment on their resident portal. We are having a SERIOUS MAIL THEFT ISSUE AND THE LEASING OFFICE/MANAGEMENT IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. If you value your packages and mail, do not live here. When you move in they will claim "we have a safe locker system that you can PAY for, and it keeps your packages safe" that is a lie, because amazon, ups, FedEx, usps, they just leave it outside the lockers and people go in there and rip your packages open to see what's inside and steal it. If they leave your mail at your door or by the mailboxes in your actual building, people will steal it. They are doing nothing to fix this. I don't even get my letters anymore because people are stealing them. I regret renewing my lease because I thought everything else was fine but they clearly do not care about important documents or packages their residents are trying to receive. The leasing office and management DO NOT CARE. They don’t answer the phones, they do not respond to your emails, when you go in person they give you the run around.
From the 1st week we moved in, they have constantly had "emergency" water issues. Plan on ever 4-6 weeks the water being shut off for one reason or another. If they have so many water issues, they shouldn't be renting these buildings out!
Unless of course, you enjoy sharing your apartment with rats for the entirety of your lease. Pest control won't help and neither will management.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear about your experience. I am unable to locate you in our resident records to research your pest control history. We offer complimentary pest control to our residents to take care of any pest related issues. I am sorry that we weren't able to take care of your concerns. Best regards, Bree Flanigan 720-348-7620 WeCare@udr.com
DISGUSTING. Roaches everywhere. They came and sprayed and still EVERYWHERE. We moved in and the place was GROSS. Run far far away.
One of the worst places to live in the area. It is infested with mice and roaches. The walls are thin and parking is terrible. Your guests will be towed unless they pay five bucks from the kiosk that is always broken down. Several issues with water all the time. Prepare for the worst. You are better off paying more for a better place.
The apartments are clean, but the buildings are old with thin walls and terrible floor boards. You can hear every step, every sneeze, every phone call, every time a closet is opened and every bit of music. All of which is tolerable if you have a neighbor that keeps to normal hours. Unfortunately for us we have a guy who enjoys getting hammered by himself until 4am - all while running around his apartment playing video games. He is an odd bird to say the least, an odd bird who has prevented us from having a decent night sleep for over 3 months. We have been complaining to UDR management since early November, have filed two noise complaints with the police, and nothing has been done. To add insult to injury his girlfriend (I know - I was as surprised as you are) has been visiting on/off for months - and since the Gas/Water/Sewage/Trash are split amongst the leaseholders we have been afforded the luxury of paying for her. The bottom line: There is no arguing that the price is right, but if you can avoid it I would. If; however, you have no choice, I would suggest getting a 3rd/top floor (200 series apt) just in case this clown has a brother.
Can I give zero stars?! The management in this community is horrible! Outside of the persistent giant roach and cricket problems from April - December and the fact they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING, they do NOT enforce the lease provisions on neighboring units. For example, short-term nightly and HOURLY rentals to people the crappiest motel won't accept stay here. I experienced a neighboring unit being rented in this manner (despite the fact it violates the lease!) and management did literally NOTHING about it except tell me to contact the police. Literally NOTHING about daily complaints of narcotics abuse (the whole building hot boxed with marijuana), suspected prostitution, mail tampering, theft, noise violations (loud parties and arguing at all hours), suspicious behavior, occupancy violations - you name it! Even after multiple contacts to the Alexandria police, USPS and the city government the issue persisted. Seriously, no one cares. You can do better.
Beware! They have snuck in a parking fee for residents. $50 for the first resident and $100 for the second. This is the SPIRIT AIRLINES of Apartments. Except you are paying the fees every month. Don't be fooled - the street appeal is the only good part of these apartments. Walls are thin and recently they have stripped us of our guest parking passes and replaced it with a $5 charge per night, per car. They have turned a deaf ear - reviews are now our voice.
Place is nice but managment cant accomplish small taks. The first day we move the dishwasher floods kitchen, cable lines are all cut, and on top of that a week later, they come into the apt without notice and did a inspection which scared my wife who wasnt dressed, at the time came inside without knocking first and were smug when she got upset, they stated most people work this time of day is why they didnt knock. Thier excuse was they got things mixed up on which place to inspect but still regardless the managment needs to learn to knock and announce itself even with proper 24 hour notice which in this case didnt happen and is considered illegal in va to enter. The current issue thats a reaccuring one is a reserved spot to be painted, I was told it would be done with 48 hours of me moving in. That was over 3 weeks ago I have gone into the office and asked politley 5 times usually hear a excuse, such as weather issues parking lot full etc. I work as a paramedic Im home 4 to 5 days out of the week, advantage of 24 hour shifts. I guess they dont relize I see the parking in front my house clear for several hours a day, and with plenty of sunny days these past 3 weeks to paint a spot we pay for mothly extra. I hope they can complete it before the end of the month.
I've lived here for almost two years and the one star is for the apartment itself.the office staff are A NIGHTMARE. Lazy, unresponsive, unhelpful, rude, demeaning - I mean I pray everyday that nothing happens so I don't have to go into the eoffice and speak to any of them Denise have awful work ethic and are extremely rude and will nickel and dime you out of everything while still not being helpful you can hear everything in the building it's an old building and to be expected. I have noisy neighbors wich they keep running jump every day I keep calling sending emails record videos but Denise do nothing to solve the problems she keep telling me to call police and sending her the officers names I did that but she do nothing she tell me it's a process and maybe it takes three years I have a bad noisey neighbor they ranning jumping every day but she can't do anything to stop them she's even don't answer my phone call and my emails she's agnor me every time I call they tolled me she's not available I will never recommend To anyone to live here you will never consider it home noisey ranning jumping every day if you like quite or you have kids want to sleep this is exactly not a place to live in but if you like noisey loudly songs ranning jumping smoking and drup it from the window like my neighbor above of my bedrooms did with of course no one from the office talk to them here is the perfect place you can do anything to annoying your neighbor like my neighbor doin with me and forget the office they allowed every thing here they even can't do anything to help you the only thing they tolled you That they will send them a strong litter and they will tolled you to call the police wich I called them 6times and the manager tolled me this is process and I'm in this process since two years I can't take a rest or find quite in my apartment and in weekend you expect to keeping awake tell 3am because your neighbor very noisey and you can't sleep tell they go to sleep I wish I could give the staff rating 0 stars first when we moved here everything was good but the good stuff moved and the new stuff really bad and unhelpful ,rude ,lazy I am shocked that they are still working there If you expect any actual help from the management office, you will be disappointed. If you expect to report issues and not to be talked to like a child who doesn't know what they are talking about, you will be disappointed.
I have no idea how this place is as far as a living experience, it looks very nice. However, it is AWFUL trying to contact someone over there for more information. I asked multiple times for a quote for a 3 bedroom apartment and kept getting standard emails that were obviously sent to everyone on a mailing list. Nobody was replying to me personally, even when I replied to an individual's mailing list email. When I finally got a quote a few weeks later, I got 3 at a time. This would have been great except they were for one and two bedroom apartments! If you are interested in this place I would recommend trying to go in person because obviously phone and email do not work for them.
This place is GARBAGE!!! I am a current resident here. When I first came here (to move closer to work), I told the staff the only thing I wanted was an apartment where I didn't have to hear my upstairs neighbors (which was a problem in my last apartment complex). The gentleman, who I will not name, told me that there was a layer of concrete between the apartments (according to the same person, it was the only apartment available at the time, which happened to be slightly available above my price range, and one I couldn't see because it was going through a renovation.... should have been my first clue). That was good enough for me, the day I moved in, when I could, not just hear, but feel, everywhere my upstairs neighbor was moving around the apartment. No exaggeration. I had to take things off of my shelves because things kept shifting and falling off. Also, my neighbor really likes Adele, and practices Mandarin. I know all of this because I HEAR EVERYTHING!!! So if you ever dreamed of living in what sounds like a furniture woodworking shop (which is what I think he may actually be doing up there), then this is your place. The construction here is way below par. The new fixtures are nice, though. Like putting a wig on a donkey. Also, if you hate having guests you're in luck because there are no permanent guest parking spots (you have to print a parking pass, of which you only get a few a month). Oh, and do you like having packages being stolen? This is the place for you. I have had several packages taken, along with several other residents. The complex MANDATES that you sign up for a parcel delivery system (that comes with a non refundable charge, and charges you extra if you don't get the package within a few days). Problem is, most places like USPS and UPS drop the packages off unattended at your front door and do not use the parcel system. When I sent management a complaint about having packages taken (around the holidays, which should come as no surprise), I received a prompt phone call. I was immediately scolded and accused of lying. (I wish I had been lying, because I would still have my packages). Needless to say, I will NOT be staying here after my lease. I wish I would have listened to ALL of the terrible ratings before, but I thought it was just people complaining. I regret my decision.
The apartments are spacious and there are no major issues with the buildings themselves. The issues lie with the management and especially the maintenance. When we moved in the painting wasn't finished, our stove wasn't plugged in, and the gas line wasn't connected so gas was leaking into the apartment. Our toilets were constantly running and the door knobs kept falling off. Controlled access hasn't worked once in 2 months. And the biggest problem has been when they had people come by to fix the roof our ceiling fan was dislodged. I know a lot of people exaggerate with this, however I know the exact date those roofers came - September 12, 2016. It is now a month later and our ceiling fan is sitting on the dining room floor. We have called emergency maintenance, talked to them in person, talked to management and put in service requests and yet we are still waiting for this to get fixed. My advice is that this place is priced along the same lines as other complexes in the area. Go somewhere else where you know your issues will be addressed.
After living here almost a year I think I can honestly say that the management staff here is the most argumentative of any property I have ever stayed at. I have never had any serious issues with management but every time I go to the office for the simplest of requests I feel like I need a lawyer. I don't like arguing with people but for whatever reason the staff here does. I was also led to believe when I signed, that a "dog park" existed at this property... I have yet to find it. So, throw in our driveways have been shutdown for repairs twice (Cars towed at owners expense), water completely shutoff for repairs 3 times (property wide), and now the sidewalks are being ripped up, this place is a perpetual construction zone. And to be honest I could probably live with all the above if the management treated me like a resident without throwing threats in my face.
I DON'T KNOW WHICH IS WORSE... NEWPORT OR UDR, BUT JUST DO NOT LIVE HERE. MY ROOM MATE AND I LIVED IN THESE APARTMENTS FOR 12 MONTHS. WE DEALT WITH MICE, ROACHES, CONSTANTLY BREAKING APPLIANCES, RUDE MAINTENANCE STAFF AND HORRIBLE RESIDENT SERVICES STAFF (The leasing agents are nice though :) ...) AFTER MOVING OUT WE RECEIVED A MOVE OUT BILL FOR OVER $1000. WE LEFT OUR APARTMENT PRISTINE, AND EVEN MAINTENANCE SAID DURING OUR WALK OUT THAT WE SHOULDN'T BE CHARGED FOR ANYTHING. NEWPORT SAID WE HAD TO CONTACT UDR, AND WHEN WE DID THE UDR REPRESENTATIVE WAS INCREDIBLE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND BASICALLY SAID THERE WASN'T ANYTHING THAT WE COULD DO. SHE SAID THAT WE WERE NOT ENTITLED TO SEE THE DOCUMENTATION BEHIND THE REASONS FOR THE CHARGES.... BY THE WAY THAT IS ILLEGAL. BASICALLY DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. THEY JUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF NICE RESPONSIBLE TENANTS. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF OTHER PLACES TO LIVE IN THE DMV AREA WITH THE SAME AMENITIES AS NEWPORT, BUT WITH MORE HONEST STAFF AND A LESS CORRUPT MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIKE UDR. OH AND BY THE WAY, UDR REFUSES TO GIVE THEIR NAMES OR MANAGERS NAMES OVER THE PHONE, SO THAT THEY CAN TALK TO YOU ANY WAY THEY WANT AND NEVER BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR BEHAVIOR.
Newport Village has its pros and cons. I have lived here for a couple months now and I have had my share of headaches with my apartment. First issue was getting cable in our unit. Before moving in I was told that our apartment was cable ready only to find out it wasn't, so it ended up taking over a month to have cable or internet. Apparently the contractors the management uses to update the units cut any cable they see which causes a major issue when it comes to installing with any cable company. The second problem came when the washer provided caused a flood. The washer and dryer were old and having owned newer models we asked if could use them and was told we couldn't. Then not 2 weeks later the dryer started to smell like smoke so finally I was told I could hook up my own. I will say that if you need any work done in the units it takes a while. When we moved in the lock on the door needed to be replaced and I was told they would take care of the issue. Months later we still are waiting on the new door and lock. Honestly the only plus to the apartments is when it comes to pets. Management allows any size dog, and having 2 dogs over 50 lbs causes a big problem when it comes to finding an apartment. If it wasn't for the size of the apartment I wouldn't have put up with all the headaches. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. There are tons of major stores within minutes.
These are large apartments, but the buses here suck, and we're not within walking distance of anything. Plus the staff is very unhelpful. But again, very spacious apartments. Not the worst ever.
I've been a resident here for three years now. I love the neighborhood, I have great neighbors and the in unit amenities are worth it! I live in a 2 bedroom one bath including Washers and dryers, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a nice patio all for under 1700 a month! The downsides are that my apartment has very little insulation, I can hear my neighbors snoring above me at night. We often have a centipede problem, but the management company comes to spray about once a month. Parking is a problem if you don't get home before 6pm, lastly after dark it's hard to go outside on the patio because there's no light on the backside of the apartments. A major safety concern

Thank you for being a resident for three years. I'm sorry you have had some problems. Please contact me so I can help with your concerns. I'd be more then happy to help! Lisa Jeffrey, Property Manager.
The apartment was clean when we moved in and the leasing office is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is helpful. The carpet looked new/cleaned, and the kitchen is cleaned but it isn't the most modern. The appliances work fine and it has updated fixtures. I like the walk out patio. I just wish I could unlock it from the outside, so I would not have to go through the main entry. The main entry has a key card entrance, which feels very secure. It has a brand new washer and dryer. The bath is standard. There is insane closet space. It isn't really in walking distance to much, you could go to Fridays or some fast food places, but no downtown bars or restaurants. It is really only a five min drive to anywhere really, like shirlington. We have been there about a month, everyone is friendly, bus is convenient, the grounds are clean even though there are tons of dogs. Overall, very good. Just a little bit of an older apartment, but very good for the money.
The neighborhood is great, the house look nice, but in the Terrece houses and town house you can hear every step your neighbors make it is very disturbing. Other than that the management is very good they are all nice and polite. And also the gym is tiny and it gets overcrowded at times.
