Property Ratings at Newtonian Gardens Apartments
They have pitbull dogs here and others who bark for hours. Your cars parked in the parking lot get screatched up and the management don't care. Tenants throw garbage all over the place. The dumpsters are full all the time. If the power goes out, you lose your heat and food.
Property Manager at Newtonian Gardens Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for sharing this feedback. I can assure you that we take these issues very seriously. We encourage our residents to reach out to our on-site team if issues do ever arise because we are more than eager to help figure out a solution together as our resident’s comfort and safety is our top priority. Regarding the parking incident, we would appreciate if more information could be sent to our management team. We did not receive a follow up or police report and would love to assist in any way that we can. We hope to hear from you and we are looking forward to turning your experience around!"
