Property Ratings at Newtown Towers Apartments

Apartments need a little attention.
Very spacious and a lot of closet space but hardwood floor has a lot of paint speckles on it from not covering it while painting. The quarter round not nailed to floor. Tile needs new caulking. I think when someone moves out the apartment should be cleaned throughly and an professional should paint. Hallways should be vacuumed and the elevator entrance needs to be painted. Otherwise, the residents are very nice and helpful if needed.

Newtown Towers
Located in a perfect part of Newtown Square, in between lots of stores and public transportation is right outside. Very close to ridley creek state park, which is lovely just to walk around. Don't have to pay for water, heat, or air conditioning. There's a washer and dryer on every floor which makes it easy for anyone. I love my balcony as well!!
