Next on Lex is conveniently located to a ton of great shopping and good eats. The amenities are also a huge plus, spa styled living at home.
Next On Lex is a luxury complex which provides high standards of living for its residents. I have a 10 month old baby and above anything, safety is of utmost importance to me when choosing an apartment. Inside the whole complex I feel safe and can freely spend time with my baby in the yard or on the rooftops. I enjoy living here.

You can't go wrong with this place. You actually get what you're paying for and some. Amenities, cleanliness and quality are second to none. Don't waste your time at other buildings & then realize you made a mistake.

Next On Lex offers a variety of unique amenities you will not find elsewhere. From 2 gyms, a pool, a spa, vending machine room, massage room, outside grills, and so much more. The interior designs are wonderful for small families. Security is always available 24/7, and responds quick to all concerns. Leasing Manager is very helpful, will resolve issues quick
Horrible service , no one answers your calls or emails . They take your money and run with it . I have been trying to speak with management for 2 months and he keep cancelling to avoid hearing my side of the story. Building B has a sewrage problem and it smelled lile rotten eggs , and was told they would take care of it . Instead they tricked me into handing my keys back and promising that i would be getting my money back for the month that I had leased the unit and wasnt able to reside in it. Never heard back and they kept the money for incidentals and the 1 months rent . Stay away from this place .
I could not be more happy and grateful to be in such a loving building. Every one is so nice, quiet and stylish. It’s really been a blessing. I am a single female and that can be scary at times but here I feel safe and right at home.

I absolutely love this community. The building is beautiful, amenities wonderful! Holly and Julian are amazing leasing agents!!! The older/main maintenance guy is the absolute best. I don’t know his name but he’s stellar, professional and resolves every issue effectively!! I have never had a problem living here. They power wash the ground, the pool and hot tubs are maintained. Best community ever. There’s a community app. We have events. The access you have to every grocery store and multiple malls is wonderful- it’s all walkable. Can’t be the customer service, quality of living and how awesome a community this is! That includes friendly neighbors.
I like the apartments in Next in Lex. It is a great to live in this building. It has amazing pool and other amenities. I will recommend it for sure!

I’ve been living in the building a half a month and I am totally smitten by the experience. My tours of the property via Julian were by far anything I have ever experienced searching for a rental property! He was detail oriented, patient and passionate about the community. He dotted every I and crossed every T. The Ally oop was passed to Holly and she slammed dunked the ball. Seriously, she is amazing at her job and super compassionate. You don’t always get both in property management. She assisted in making sure my move in was successful. My key phob on the day of move in wasn’t working, and both Holly and Julian came to the apartment to hand me my keys and welcome me to the building! I felt a huge sense of gratitude, belonging and thankfulness - I instantly knew this was home. The building is beautiful, the amenities bomb (something I’m excited to use), and the residents so kind - every single one I’ve encountered so far. The walkability and how close everything is, is one of my favorite aspects. Trader Joe’s, sprouts, Whole Foods, Ralph’s are all extremely close and the Americana is beautiful at night. The building is secure and clean. While moving, I was placing boxes in the trash room and someone was taking them and disposing of them. The cleaning crew hand mops the ground. This place is a gem. And the management team - this includes Joseph for me - who I got to chat with waiting for Holly one day and he was so kind - the management team make it even more spectacular!

If you love amenities that are ruined by screaming kids, barking dogs and rude neighbors then this is the place for you.
When I requested maintenance services, they always solve the maintenance work within almost 24 hours. Thank you for always promptly solving maintenance works.
New management is horrible. When I first moved in that management made sure the complex was always clean(inside and out) they would even have people power wash the streets once a month, they had amazing concierges and now they cant even keep a steady one. They had a food truck come every mon and thurs. If something broke in the complex they fixed it immediately, now we have to go a month without an elevator at a time and their temporary solution to that is putting caution tape on things that stay up for a day.
Building and amenities are nice but it is way too overpriced for what it is.
This is a wonderful and beautiful building, filled with amazing amenities. Never have to file any noise complaints or major issues. I've only needed to call maintenance once within the past 6 months and everything was resolved right on time. The leasing manager Holly is amazing! She was able to answer all questions/concerns during the tour and helped me get moved in a timely manner
Next on Lex is a decent luxury building. I wouldnt live here for a long term. For it being a new building/complex there has already been about 3 different management companies (so Ive heard). Its clean most of the time but some areas are neglected. Elevators dont always work. Carpet in hallways is cleaned occasionally. Recently had an issue with the package locker room and management didnt seem to care. They had no answers as to when it would be fixed. A month later they then decide to apologize, after many packages had been stolen. They couldve done more but they didnt. For example, close the locker room so couriers couldnt just throw all packages and create a mess and actually deliver the packages to doors like they are supposed to. Noise level is ok, however, lots of dogs barking throughout the day. Concierge do their best as well, they answer the phone all the time but they do have a high turn around so its always a new person and doesnt know much either. The gym is nice, they have a lot of variety but not many leg machines. Have yet to check out the massage room but it is something Id like to try. Pool is cool, its 4 ft only so its really just to chill and swim some laps.
Don't get what alll the bad reviews are for. Been here for a little over a year now and I haven't had any issues yet. Yes the walls are pretty thin and you can hear noise and here and there but otherwise I've enjoyed my stay here. Amenities are all up and running now and management is attentive to me whenever I need it.

Do your self a favor and don't move here. Many complaints have been made to management about this place and nothing seems to change. There are etremely limited amenities, with zero plans to reopen, as well as no attempts to try and make them covid-19 compliant. Furthermore, they just provide excuses about not having enough staff. Very short notice about constant fire alarm checks that go on seemingly all day, as well as consistently broken elevators. Currently, there is construction going on across the street all day with absolutely no notice given to tenants. There is zero timeline on when said construction will be completed and it's extremely loud. They don't attempt to make anything better, just bring it around to the lease. Overall, this has to be the worst place I've ever lived in and I don't foresee it changing anytime soon.
After living in many states and countless apartment complexes this has to be the absolute worst! Not only is the management incompetent beyond belief, they give zero thought about their tenants. Here is a list of reasons you should run from here: Paper thin walls. Cheapest appliances / construction possible. Elevators break constantly. IMPOSSIBLE to work from home. Nonexistent Emergency Maintenance. Constantly dirty. Not safe for pets. Money centered not Tenant centered. Employees not treated well by management. Amenities have been shut down and management has no intention of modifying any of them to be covid compliant. They don't even give a sufficient notice before "testing fire alarms" ALL DAY. We run into so many people who are beyond ecstatic to be moving out. They give so many fake promises and genuinely do nothing for their tenants. Even the concierges tell us how understaffed they are while management does nothing to help their own employees. Do yourself a favor and speak with current tenants not the sales team if you want the truth.
We love Next on Lex! Kudos to Donte for getting all the paperworks and coordination done so we can transfer to our new unit. He is very professional and responsive to all my questions. We have been living here since last year and we have been enjoying our stay here!
Safe, quiet, secure community, cordial and professional employees
Really nice and awesome staff. The move in process was painless, quick, and convineient especially during covid. The email response from the leasing office was very quick and helpful. I can't find anything to complain about.
Amazing place to live! Great people and beautiful
The apartments are brand new and, in theory, the amenities are excellent. However, the management and front office staff arent as responsive and the prices are relatively high. The amenities have been out of commission for several months without any active plan or communication on how to re-open them. Also, we were promised several other amenities when we first moved in which they have taken away without any corresponding decrease in our rent.
I could not be happier living here. I moved from out of state and living here makes me feel very safe. It is very clean and super nice. The concierge are the most helpful and friendly people and really make such a difference. I dont have any complaints and would recommend Next on Lex to anyone!
My husband and I have lived here for 3 months now and I’m obsessed. These apartments are amazing!!! The complex and amenities are always clean. The management is very friendly and they are super accommodating. Everything seems very safe, key fobs for all entries, amenities, and a separate parking garage only for residents. The area is perfect for us, because it’s fairly quiet (even though we are directly next to the freeway), but we can walk to Americana or shopping/food and feel like there’s a lot going on. Super impressed all around!!!
BE AWARE before you sign the lease. We moved in the apartment with the following: - DIRTY FLOOR - DIRTY bathrooms - Typical paint chips on walls We had to clean it ourselves before we could set feet on the floor. We thought it was ok so we did not complain. A few days before we moved out, they sent someone to INSPECT the apartment and we heard NO COMPLAINTS from them. Even that we still went ahead and cleaned the entire place spotless better than before we moved in. A month later we got a BILL for over $500 for paint, carpet cleaning (bedrooms only) etc. They did not even refund the deposit of $399. We said we cleaned it. They asked for PROFESSIONAL CLEANING RECEIPTS. Really??? We then asked for professional cleaning receipt they did before we moved in but NOTHING. They ONLY wanted the payment from us of over $500 and not even mentioned the DEPOSIT of $399. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place or you will get charge for the typical cleaning when a tenant moves out.
I’ve been here for almost a year, so far I had the worst experience I can have in this apartment. First of all, the management team sucks, ones they’ve got your money they have no concern for the residents. And then your package will be STOLEN all the time, read the bad reviews on yelp, trust me they are all true. If you really have no where to considers, choose Brio. If you do please choose the other ones.
I have lived here for over two years and have loved this place. The staff are friendly and attentive, the amenities are great, the location is incredibly convenient for commuting, and the apartments are very quiet. They are dog-friendly, which is great, and the grounds are well kept. I moved to LA because of work and thought of a neighborhood like Glendale was a great compromise, though now it's a place I call home. I've lived in a lot of bad over-priced apartments all over the country and this is by far my favorite place. I could nit-pick little things, but if I have a problem, I use the web portal to submit a request or repair and it's done promptly.
I love the high ceilings and the trees by my balcony. the amenities are my back yard full of grace! high counters in my rap around kitchen! A happy place. Ty God
the new management company has made this the perfect place to live.
