The staff is very friendly and the area is very clean. I haven't lived here long, but I enjoy every part of it. My only concern is here about the vehicle break-ins and towing residents. I only assume that's because of the new vehicle registration they implemented. However, exterior factors are something they can only mitigate, but I'd love to see how they combat this issue.
Heather and everyone in the office were great. She went above and beyond and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I made my choice to move the Nexus @ Goodnight because of the location, amenities and Heather being able to get me into the unit in the price range I needed.
Transferred to. Bigger unit in the apartment. I have been here for two years and still the only thing that I can complain about is parking. Everything else is pretty good.
We have had absolutely no major problems whatsoever, Nexus has been amazing. Any minor problem like lights going out or our door lock running out of batteries were fixed promptly. The apartments are modern, large, and have lots of windows. You will love it here.
i enjoy nexus as it is a great place to live and its very dog friendly, close to gym and work, as well as close to many restaurants and my friends.

Nexus at goodnight ranch made everything easy from the start. Applying was simple, moving in was quick and easy, and the team here made us feel welcomed. the apartment was in great condition when moving in, and the maintenance response is quick, even when it is not urgent. it’s also in a good location, as we are about 20 minutes from downtown austin. i have no complaints about living in this apartment complex.

So far it’s been good, I have enjoyed it but I didn’t believe the reviews when they said the ants and bugs were bad being in the first floor. I don’t like insects so seeing them drives me mad, been having pest control come out weekly at this point. Hopefully their traffic slows in the colder months.

Nexus has been great to us for the entire move in process! This is our first apartment, so Nexus were very understanding and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Our apartment was in great condition for our move in, we even found the tape to cover up the door knob slot when they were repainting!

I can not park in front of my building after 4pm as the open parking spots taken. Car break-ins and storage units break-ins are common. Excessive traffic on Slaughter Lane at Old Lockhart and Slaughter Lane at 35 Interstate. Property staff have produced multiple administrative errors.

Nexus at Goodnight Ranch is what your experience, living on your own in a new place, is SUPOSSED to be like. All the things you see in movies from beautiful girls, pet friendly amenities, engaging events with other residents, motivating gym and sports area... Maybe not the car chases and explosions, but still a very great experience for a younger audience ready to start a new life the way we were promised as kids... A good life!

Safety-Car window break-ins and storage unit vandalism is a regular occurance here. Parking-Open parking spots are hard to find especially in the evening. Traffic-Heavy and daily especially on Old Lockhart Rd and Slaughter Ln. Amenities-Your patio will smell like gas. Kitchen island does not have an overhang which prevents seating/dining. Admin-Multiple errors have eroded my confidence in the Leasing Staff.

Only been living here a month but we absolutely love it. Love the community and the surrounding area. Staff is awesome and maintenance is so quick to resolve any problems. We love it here

Hi there. We now the parking is tight in some areas, there is ample parking by building 6 and the office. We understand that residents desire to be close to their buildings for convenience, but we cannot guarantee proximity to their leased apartments. We have also opened building 7 and are hopeful for building 4 soon. This should help with some of the congested areas. If you have concerns about your washer and dryer, please log into your resident portal and enter a service request so we can address the concerns. Pest Control is available to the residents weekly on Thursdays. This service can also be requested in your resident portal. We, as a property cannot guarantee your safety. We have security in the evenings to mitigate any issues. Should you need police, please call 911. should you need further discussion about your concerns, we would love a chat.
