I am on the fourth floor and I after living here for a month can tell you it’ll be the quietest place you’ll live in, quiet hours being 10-7 make it so I don’t have to worry about waking up in the night. The remodel has gone beautifully especially with a couple breakfast shops being built now within steps of the front door! The updated hvac system keeps the house at 72 all day and the internet they provide is way faster than anticipated for half the price of my old WiFi plan! Overall very happy with the first month and am excited to see the place get built over the next year!

The apartments are new and modern. the staff is warm and friendly. Every tenant I've met has been warm and friendly as well. I have found a home here. The city wraps around me like a warm blanket. Everything a person could want of need is within a few blocks. I feel blessed to be here.
