Highly recommend Nine Thousand One to anyone seeking a five-star living experience. I have been living here for a few months, and it's been an outstanding experience. The management team and concierge staff go above and beyond to ensure residents have a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. Super friendly and always greeted with a smile when I come and go. The apartments themselves are fantastic. They are well-appointed, spacious, and beautifully designed. The fitness center is excellent and the dog spa and run is a great amenity. The pool area is inviting and relaxing. Appreciate the towel service. I generally work from home and have spent a good deal of time in the boardroom area which is filled with natural light and a large TV that I can airplay to for conferences. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. They promptly address any maintenance requests or concerns, ensuring that everything is taken care of in a timely manner. I can tell they value the security of their residents as well, as the premises are well-lit, and the security measures in place provide peace of mind. Thanks for all you do Michael, Addison, Gus and Nicole! The location of the complex is also a major advantage. I cook a lot, and having the Pavilions grocery store that's about a 1-minute walk is HUGE. With some of the best restaurants and bars in LA within walking distance, also makes the location of this property hard to beat. Thanks for a great experience!
