Property Ratings at Nineteen800 Apartments
Very clean and well maintained. A lot of facilities that family could enjoy by living in the community.
My family and I feel lucky to have found this place.
I can't express enough my gratitude to the staff here at Nineteen800 in how they have conducted themselves during this pandemic. They have literally been life savers to me personally ... The location speaks for itself ... the layout of the apartments are excellent ... and the overall quality of the complex is top notch. But what puts things over the top in terms of living and staying at Nineteen800 is the staff working here. Everyone from the cleaning team ... maintenance staff ... and of course the leasing office lends to the overall feeling of never wanting to move out ... Thank you everyone ...
Nineteen800 has the nicest staff and great amenities. It's centralized location always allows for fun to be had. The response to the pandemic has also been top notch. I also love the virtual events that are held for adults and children along with virtual family events. Truly top-notch!
The community is basically fine if you can live without mailbox for like several months. You know especially when we are in an internet generation, so the mailbox isn't that important.
The Management has been really good during lockdown and covid, ensuring residents can participate in activities (painting, etc.) while respecting social distancing. The building is also kept in clean conditions.
The EV charging feature is more than an added bonus but a necessity for many people. As an EV owner, it is extremely important to have a reliable charging option with the added convenience of charging my vehicle while at home. If you are an EV owner, Nineteen800 is the place for you. Hopefully, there will be additional charging stalls in the future. The service staff are quick to address any maintenance or cosmetic issues within the home and throughout the apartment community. If you want to live in a clean, well-maintained, and friendly community, this is the place. Management helped me through the leasing process and provided me and my family a warm welcome that was much appreciated as my family and I were making a life-changing decision to move to the area. The friendly and professional was a reassurance that we were making the right choice to live at Nineteen800.
We are so happy to move into Nineteen800! The community is beautiful with excellent floor plans, clean courtyards, a very efficient and helpful front office team and a very convenient pet park!
Excellent service shops restaurants Target freeway 280
Nineteen800 has the floor plan and feel of my perfect dream house. The community and amenities are equally top notch.
Modern, clean and spacious. Convenient located close to Main Street Cupertino.
A great , convenient, and safe place to live.
Online leasing process is very good and staff here is excellent. I heard rumor that the managemen of this facility is not good, but so far I had no problem at all and very satisfied.
- We have lived here for 10 months and we are counting down the days to move! Where to start... the noise above and around us is loud as the insulation between the apartments is not great. - We live facing Wolfe road, the noise is AWFUL! This goes well beyond the sirens of an ambulance, everyone races up and down Wolfe Rd and Vallco Pkwy. - The alarms hear go off constantly, whether for testing, false alarms, or something else at least 3-5 times a week you are going to hear them - The staff here was great, they were trying to address issues, but suddenly they changed management companies, but waited a couple of weeks to announce it. We have submitted multiple work orders that used to be completed within 1-2 days at the most, now we are on week 2 and nothing! - The office is a wreck and chaotic, you are not greeted with anything than please wait I am busy, while they sit at the desk and do nothing. Instead of my boxes being delivered to the parcel pending lockers like before, I get an email to come to the office to get my box. Then watch as the person walks slowly out the front door and 10 minutes comes back and says I did not see anything. Only to go back down there with them and find it in about 20 seconds. - Luis, Soledad, and Megan were always friendly and responsive with any concerns or issues and we tried to be patient as the building is only a couple of years old. However, after living here and spending tons of money we are ready to leave ASAP. I would rather downsize then live here. - The underground parking always smells awful which gets into the car filter/air conditioning and there seems to be people working on this issue every week, yet it never goes away. - Friends of ours in the building moved out because the restaurant noise below them was unbearable, especially for the amount of the money spent. - Take the few thousand dollars... it is expensive and look elsewhere in Cupertino! Please email me if you need further convincing to look elsewhere! - The only nice thing is that you are close to restaurants of Main Street Cupertino!
Living here is wonderful as you're within walking distance of work and school for most families. It's brand new, so everything is in perfect condition. In order to maintain the quality, residents are charged for using the meeting rooms and theater is which is unfortunate. A gym and business center are offered at no charge. There is a courtyard which is delightful, although since there is a small playground, some residents feel it gets loud when full of children playing. The staff in the leasing office is extremely professional, extremely qualified, and a delight to work with. Given the location and quality, I'd say this is a good value. I comparison shopped and am very content with my choice in a very expensive rental market.
I really want to like this place, but management misstepps and the ongoing construction problems ultimately subtract from the potential this of this property to be an excellent place to live. The units themselves are very nicely appointed with modern fixtures, spacious planning, and tastefully designed interiors spaces. They have everything you expect of a newly built property like washer and dryer, central a/c, heat, controlled access, and stainless kitchen appliances. The neighbors are nice, clean, quiet, and friendly. The property feels safe because there is overnight security patrol to deter crime. The only amenity lacking from this property is a pool/hot tub. The management missteps I mentioned have to do with a lack of communication to legitimate concerns about security. Broken controlled access locks leave the building open to any intruder without a key fob, but management refuses to acknowledge such a problem exists even after repeated attempts to request a repair. The ongoing construction is an annoyance too, "non-toxic" sickening chemical fumes polluting the entire property inside and out for a month to seal concrete in the parking lot, elevators malfunctioning and tripping the building alarm, new holes being dug and refilled in a supposedly finished parking lot, and the obstructions and annoyances that come with having construction onsite where you live. It took almost a year since people started moving in for them to install trash and recycling bins around the property.
Love this place! It's brand new, clean and staff are friendly. Solidad took her time showing us available apartments. She had such a great attitude. I told her I would return on the weekend with my husband and she took the time again to show us about five available places. It's a beautiful place and the neighbors are very friendly.
