I first moved here two years ago from out of state and have always felt welcome. The location and views are phenomenal. It’s walking distance from the Orland Square and has many events in the park during the summer. The staff is phenomenal. Erika at the front desk is always quick to help with any issues that arise and has always been kind to myself and guests. I will certainly miss this place when I move and hope my next apartment is as well maintained and has a friendly staff as this one.
My husband and I needed to find a place quick considering our lease was ending, we checked out another luxury apartment complex and was not as thrilled with the service provided the very next week I decided to look into Ninety Seven Fifty. The first person I spoke with was Erica, even her conversation over the phone was welcoming I then decided to take a tour Erica met me with a smile and a warm and kind personality! She is very professional yet relatable and compassionate. I would highly recommend anyone to speak and work with Erica she makes the difference:)
The five star is only for Ericka. I lived there with my husband for one year, Ericka the representative is the best at this place, she helps a lot, she solve our problems she’s very welcoming and friendly so the five star is only for her! The manager of this place is kinda tough person she should be more welcoming and smiling! I like the maintenance staff they smile at your face all the time and they welcome you too and they do their job. About the place I expect more than what I had for that price. I lived before at the Villiage in irvine, ca. Owned by “irvine company”, for four years. But I had double what I get in 9750 for the same price. Honestly it’s only the gym has more machines than irvine. But every thing else is way different and better. Also I would like to add that ppl who live at this place they never say hello or hood morning ??????? lol . Anyway thanks 9750 for having me this year . In total it was a nice experience, and good location.
Love the staff here at 9750. Erika is always very professional and is super friendly when we stop in to say hi. She has great resident events that are so much fun! Cathy S keeps this place looking top notch, and Dan is always quick if anything needs fixing. Love having yoga here too Leslie is awesome! It's so nice being here at the train, fitness center is great and the trails you can walk/run/bike for miles. They are really dog friendly here and my dog LOVES all the attention he gets!! Erika even had a yappy hour a few weeks ago. Great place to call home. I've been here for 5 years now can't wait for the new updates
To Erika and Ninety7Fifty staff, I’ve been living here since April of 2017 and all the staff are very helpful with everything! Any maintenance request is done fast and correctly! I also really appreciate the small things, like giving me a cup of paint the other day so I can touch things up. There is also a parking garage, pool, yoga and other amenities to add to the great experience. My balcony faces the pool area, which is really nice and the apartments are great in size! If you are looking for an apartment that is close to the train, highway, or the store, Niney7Fifty is your place.
I moved into Ninety7Fifty in April 2018. I must say this is the best apartment rental in the south suburban Cook County area! I love the upgraded amenities from trash valet, to outdoor heated swimming pool, to the Aqua Lounge area to the Bark Park for our furry friends! I work downtown so the ease in walking right out my front door in less than 60 seconds I'm standing on the Metra train platform. The customer service is the best! Erica in the property management office is so sweet, friendly and most importantly helpful! Dan in Maintenance is also great. Both Erica and Dan went above a d beyond to hand deliver a chair to my front door when I was away and missed FedEx. This is one of many examples of the care and extra mile service residents recieve. I love my home at Ninety7Fifty on the Park!!
I was working out in the gym as a guest while the person who was actually on the lease was still sleep. About 20 mins in one of the ladies that work here told me to go put on some shoes and so I did and she was actually nice about it . I understood the safety issue but when I came back the manager of the whole complex told me I couldn’t workout here. Not knowing who I was didn’t even ask where I was staying. After the fact she ask those questions and I told her , she also had an attitude as I was speaking with her and it wasn’t very polite of her. I explained to her that this has never happened out of all the times I’ve came here. She says to me that “ we are getting stricter with are policy”. Which is unfair to me because no one was notified of this for one and it’s also not in there policy. Also I am not the only who has going through this situation and I am of other color then the people who works here and so is the other people who had the situation. So I honestly don’t know what the issue is . My resident is moving in a month just because of the fact that we want guest to feel comfortable and not have to be questioned about everything and watched on camera.
New property manager is rude and unapproachable. For the amount of rent, building is not being suitably maintained. Only one maintenance person to serve a building of nearly 300 units. Garbage shutes back up regularly. Cars get damaged in the garage. Property manager does nothing to solve the issue. Water and mold infiltration has plagued the building. Great looking building that is beginning to look run down.
I recently moved to the area from the far north suburbs. I checked out different places to live including townhomes, single family homes, and other apartment communities before deciding upon Ninety7Fifty. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this was the place I wanted to live. The place is gorgeous and the amenities are second to none. I can get (free) coffee and cookies in the morning, read my paper in the beautiful lounge area before conducting a meeting in the well appointed conference room that boosts floor to ceiling windows. The fitness room is well appointed (I cancelled my gym membership!) and sometimes I take the (free) yoga classes. When my day is done, I relax by the tranquil pool or fireplace area. It truly feels as if I'm living in a five star hotel yet, I have the benefit of a fully equipped, and gorgeous apartment home. My apartment is modern with dark cabinets, stainless steel appliances and wood grain flooring - stunning! There is plenty of light and space and the entire apartment is pretty soundproof. The staff at Ninety7Fifty are awesome! I know they went through some staffing changes recently but (speaking from personal experience) sometimes you have to go through changes to get things right. I love all the events that take place here like pot luck dinners, painting classes, and game nights. I can't say enough about my new apartment home! I love it hear and plan to stay for a good long time!
We moved into our two bedroom apartment 2years ago in August ...we are signing our 3 lease with 9750. I love our apartment we are on the 4th floor our two bedroom two full bath is spacious and has all the updates with granite counter tops, stainless appliances. The amenities include community room with a theatre room, pool outside, firepits and outside tv, bark park, gym with yoga studio, computer room and more. I recommend this if you are looking for the city living in the burbs!!!
