Property Ratings at Nirvana At Glenrose
The apartment went from 9 to 14 per month and they did nothing to them! I have water leaks and mold! I have black sediment in my water! We buy water to survive! There is a new mean community management with ugly intentions every month!! You can speak with them they are not accessible! The light bills are over 300 due to bad wiring! And single pane windows! There is no seals on the doors’ these are not with the money!!
I’ve been here almost 6 years, there have been at least 4 new managements. The place is not renovated and yes, they go up every year and make minimal repairs/work to help with the upkeep. Neighbors are rude and there is always an issue with the water, heat or electricity. Glad my lease is up soon.
They took our rent up multiple times while we were still living in an apartment that wasn't renovated but instead of moving us into an apartment for the rent we were paying they just continued to raise our rent, then they threatened to evict us and refused to refund our security deposit even though they constantly stated that our apartment was impeccable and we constantly paid our rent ON TIME. The maintenance crew were unreliable and unresponsive Then when we moved into a new unit they removed the dishwasher as well as the washer and dryer connections, the apartment had holes in the ceiling and closet floors, and it had roaches before we even moved furniture in.
Affordable,it's close to the highways,not far from downtown,has restaurants,grocery stores ,superwalmart,hospital,Metro bus & train near,close to airport,Post office,Banks all in area,peaceful area.
where I live that is called the woods it going rose the people here since I moved in have been very helpful the other day I had a lady run me down thinking that I lost my wallet and I have many neighbors where you live at now would actually do something like that and that was part of management that done that all I know is that I like it here its nice as we got a big nice yard out front for the kids to play in the playground they pick the place up every day stays clean they have washers and dryers you know this is been my best experience ever with an apartment and I just don't know what else to say other than it did you know I'm just thankful for neighbors that I have write my apartment a five star
