Nob Hill combines the vibrant life of modern Albuquerque with the historic charm of old Route 66. Located along Central Avenue, Nob Hill is close to the University of New Mexico, Presbyterian Hospital, and Downtown Albuquerque for an easy commute to some of the city's biggest employers.
Some of Albuquerque's most popular shops and restaurants are located in this neighborhood, including local favorite Kellys Brew Pub. Visit Zacatecas for some authentic Mexican food and tequila, then walk down Central Avenue to window-shop at stores selling everything from vintage clothing to comic books. Pick up supplies at La Montanita Co-op, one of Albuquerque's oldest organic groceries.
Nob Hill homes for rent are as varied as its residents, ranging from upscale lofts to charming antique bungalows. Residents can enjoy numerous parks and bike-friendly roads through the area, and the Sandia Mountains are just 20 minutes away by car.

Property Ratings at Nob Hill Apartments
The pool hasn't been open all summer and now it's completely drained. They are charging more for "improvements " but they didn't improve anything but some people's areas.
beware they will keep hanging up on you when you are trying to request services. Why advertise for a rental if the mgmt keeps hanging up on you?
Cute but not as advertised. They use an apartment the old maintenance man lived in and therefore is the nicest, for pictures on the internet (probably a show apartment eventually). I love the actual property. However, new management does not seem to be interested in property only money. The new manager is unfriendly but you can probably pick this up for yourself. Expect rent to go up. These apartments are old but charming, I get it, but avoid high utility bills and check out water heater and swamp cooler. Could be original from 1962 and expensive$$$. Expect toilets not to flush right. Homeless population in surrounding area. Experienced a nearly property wide gas ventilation and carbon monoxide issue and they call it an “audit” - and this was at the push of tenants. Gas lines are being replaced after most units got tagged by NM gas, so clearly not just an audit. Parking is an issue heads up. Pool opens late. Including this year. Also needs to use the mass communications (text) available for notices such as apartment entry. If you can send a text on a Saturday night about a rule than you can send a text during work week with a heads up you might want to secure your pets if you can we are going in apartment for emergency, sorry for inconvenience. Even if it’s only 10 minute notice. Beautiful property but comes up short as of late.
Nob Hill Apartments fka Highland Park Apartments is Awesome! With new ownership and management, the new look and changes are only making this community better and certainly one of the more desirable places to live in the Nob Hill area! This mid century gem was built in the 1950s by the military for Colonels and their families. The new owner is bringing back some of the authenticity of that time period to our community. Coupled with upgrades inside AND outside as well as bringing back pride to this community with professional and consistent management, I assure you that the majority of our residents love the changes and love living here! There will always be the few that feel they have to lash out because they are resistant to change, and resistant to conforming to reasonable boundaries such as lease agreements and policies. Come and see for yourself that we are anything but cold and uncaring! You will find a charming and idyllic community filled with great residents and a professional staff who take pride in their community.
I have lived here for six months the apartments are great lots of room. The landscape is all green and well maintained. The manager is great. She goes out of her way to help with whatever issues come to her..Also maintenance is great keeping up with workorders and keeping the grounds neat and clean. I would recommend this complex to everyone.
Since the new owners took over in April they are more concerned with fixing the outside appearance then the issues inside the apartments. They raised the rents on every apartment even those living on a fixed income. The new manager Tammy is so cold and can't even return phone calls. In all my years renting places to live this is by far the worst. Really can't wait for my lease to expire so I can go. Beware....they may sell a good game but it's not worth your sanity or money.
