Property Ratings at Nob Hill Apartments
Poorly maintained property that is not managed well. It's a nice part of town but everything else leaves more to be desired
I've recently renewed my lease for the 3rd time at Nob Hill Apartments. Portland is experiencing insane rental costs recently, and thankfully my rent here has stayed pretty consistent over that time. There may not be any fancy amenities like a pool or fitness center, but it has what you need - including laundry and maintenance. For being one block from the very busy 23rd, it is surprisingly quiet and relaxing. The studios are a decent size and layout, and there is off-street parking and storage available for an extra fee. The main selling point of these apartments is the location. You can walk to tons of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops; multiple types of public transit; and tons of parks (including Forest Park). It may not be fancy or full of high-end amenities, but with decent apartments, in a fantastic location, at a reasonable rate - what more could you expect?
