Colorful, active, dynamic, energetic, diverse – all of these apply to West Campus, and with its large amount of students in the neighborhood, it’s easy to see why. The brightly-painted buildings, the trendy little pizza joints, and even the amount of bicycles in the area help define this neighborhood as a haven for University of Texas-Austin students. But even if you aren’t a student, this neighborhood is terrific – there are plenty of apartments to choose from, the housing stock is diverse, and the location is ideal.
West Campus extends from Lamar Boulevard to “the Drag,” or Guadalupe Street. The Drag is where you’ll find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. These include local favorites like Cabo Bob’s, Halal Bros, the Spider House Café and Ballroom, and Kerbey Lane Café. On the west side, things are a little quieter with Pease Park and the Shoal Creek Greenbelt framing the area.

The front desk is very helpful, and overall it's a pretty quiet place. The residents are very kind. Unfortunately there has been some kind of construction going on ever since I've lived in the building, but they don't start until later in the day so you likely won't wake up to it.

The noise outside the apartment building varies, but maintenance is quick, and the leasing office is helpful. Also, appreciate the mailing room with the parcel system as well.

I've had a very good time living at Noble so far! The building is always kept clean, so it feels like living in a luxury hotel. Maintenance requests take no time at all—I got my garbage disposal fixed THE DAY after I sent in the request. The gym and other amenities like the pool and study areas are very pleasant. My only problem at all is the noise from nearby frats and sororities, but that's not an issue of the building. All in all, I'm happy I renewed my lease!

I recently moved into this apartment, and I’m really happy with the experience so far. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and parks. The apartment itself is spacious, well-lit, and has modern appliances, making it comfortable to live in. I love it here! Very clean and always smells good. No issues in my apartment. Even, though I've had no issues I've met the maintence guys a few times and they seem super sweet, so if I did I'm sure it would be taken care of.

Great place, relatively affordable. If they keep increasing the rent however I'll sign somewhere else. Little bit far from campus but the walk isn't that bad and it's easy.

Noble 2500 is a great spot. Its location is perfect because it is a great mix of west campus and campus life. Also, the 7th floor premium and pool will be something I’m going to look forward to.
The gym is pretty nice and the skydeck is nice to chill on. I wish the hallways smelled better. the trash chute makes it so stinky. also the fob in the stairs dont work.

The management is a little rocky and the facilities look nice but are really cheep. it’s an ok complex definitely nicer than most near campus. and definitely cleaner than mat.

its clean and quiet and the amenities are nice. it would be better if it was more accessible though. its not that spacious but the newer appliances are nice.

beautiful apartment complex, it’s quiet, stylish and the staff are nice. Most sour reviews here reflect the construction delays which were a shame in 2022 but are completely irrelevant to new tenants. Management also switched after the building was complete, and is way better

Noble has been great so far! The management has been super responsive and helpful as any issues get resolved in the same day. The complex is very clean and offers great amenities. The location is great too because it's easy to get around and there's lots of street parking. Out of any west campus apartments I've lived in, this has far been the best. It's also nice too that because it is a smaller complex, the amenities don't get super crowded.

The apartment is clean and the facility is fine. However, the fire alarms are too loud sometimes which make me nervous. Also, the billing is unclear sometimes that they make residents to pay a lot.

My stay here has been nice. I haven't had any significant issues during my stay. I feel comfortable in my apartment and have no regrets in choosing to live here.

I've enjoyed the sense of community and the opportunity to make lifelong friends. It's also been convenient to have everything I need right on campus. Overall, it's been a memorable and enriching part of my college journey

I like how clean and new this complex is. There is no weird moldy or mildew smell and the amenities like the study lounge and gym are gorge!

Everything was clear and done quickly, and I got to my room in no time. Everything in the apartment is great as well. My bedroom blinds might need a bit of fixing though, but the rest are great.

I enjoy the study spaces here. Super spacious! There's a ton of outlets so I've never had to worry about my devices losing power during homework.

The property is clean and very well kept! I really like all they have to provide especially amenities and it’s very clean which is the biggest thing

I subleased here for my summer classes and it has been great! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The transition of the lease was easy and with minimal fees. When I moved in everything was clean and ready!
