Located on the fringes of Auburn's residential areas and transitioning into rural lands in the east, Plateau sits between the Green River to the north and the Stuck River to the south. The Muckleshoot Native American Reservation bisects the area, with its casino being the most distinctive presence in the Plateau. For renters looking to live a semi-rural locale without straying too far from the conveniences of large urban areas, this community’s tree-lined subdivisions and plentiful parks create an ideal suburban experience.
Central Auburn lies three miles to the northwest, while Seattle rests 30 miles northwest, and Tacoma 16 miles southwest.

Property Ratings at Noble Court Estates
I have lived here five years I love it here. You can plant flowers outside. Management is awesome. This is my for ever home. Best place I have lived. There not much crime, its very quite here
i lived in the community for 3 years its a great place to live very quiet the management to awesome she cares about her tenants you wont find that anywhere else its awesome place to live the apartment a big and very nice they come with fireplace which is awesome
So let me tell you about this place I have lived for over two years! Pros are its quiet, relaxing, spacious, big kitchen, love I always have my own parking spot, garage is to small for my car so I just park in my parking space in front of it... Would be easier with garage door opener... I live in the upstairs rambler so there no door from garage to house obviously lol but the town homes have access which is great! Having the garage is nice to be able to store things in! The balcony patio we have is amazing! Great for my plants which are getting more than enough sun so they're growing perfectly! Neighbors? What neighbors? lol meaning everyone keeps it pretty quiet which is perfect especially working late nights! The elementary across the street for new big toys so I bring my child there a lot to play! Car wash station is nice! They have a basketball hoop right by the car station which is good for everyone! It's a quaint small community which means less traffic! I met the owners a couple times they seem very kind but are never here which isn't a bad thing that is why we have our manager here on site! Her name is Kim! Don't know her very well but she always has a smile and seems very sweet! Always gives my kid a piece of candy whenever we go to pay rent water etc! Another great benefit they are pretty great on who lives here! No felons etc which makes the area feel so much more safe. My only con is I wish it had a cabana or big toy. But maybe they will with all the changes they're making! :) Over all this is a great place to live. They're remodeling and upgrading apartments and whenever you have a problem they're here to fix it very quickly! I highly recommend it here! I give it 8/10 which is very high for me! Angelique D
The Community grounds are neat and clean. I visited this community and the floor plans are nice. They are designed to minimized noise from adjoining apartments. The kitchen is very large and spacious. I could see myself living there. The staff was very helpful.
