Firstly, I have noticed that the property management team does not consistently respond to tenant issues in a timely manner. Additionally, there is a significant amount of police activity in and around the building on a weekly basis, which raises concerns about safety and security. While the building has an appealing aesthetic, many of the fixtures are of subpar quality and have been prone to frequent breakage. It is particularly concerning that USPS leaves mail unattended in the mailroom rather than delivering it directly to tenant mailboxes. This practice compromises the privacy and security of tenants, as personal items—including bills, credit cards, and tax statements—are left unsecured and require individuals to sift through uncollected mail. Furthermore, there are additional issues that detract from the living experience, such as unpleasant odors emanating from the lobby, inadequate maintenance of the rooftop area, and frequent elevator outages on the right-hand side. I encourage prospective tenants to consider these factors carefully before signing a lease.
