Our AC stopped working yesterday evening the night before the hottest day of the year. I put in a service request first thing in the morning and by noon our AC was back up and running again! While I was at work, Sergio the head of our maintenance crew, stayed with the AC repair technician to ensure the job was completed satisfactorily. I’m now chillin at home watching Wimbledon in a nice cool apartment.

Constant water shut offs, staff is only nice to get you to move in, unresponsive and dismissive after you sign the lease. Elevators are old and are always out of service. They push to get fake good reviews in exchange for deductions.

This complex has potential however the constant issues including the water being shut off twice a month, old smelly elevators that constantly break down, pee in the halls, washer that does not clean clothes properly, etc. You definitely don’t get what you pay for with the quality and maintenance of the building. Management is super helpful when signing the lease but dismissive afterwards. Would not recommend.

Nice community, very helpful staff. Amenities are nice, especially the 24-hr gym. Apartment units are very spacious and the walls are sufficiently thick that noise generally isn't an issue at all.

NoHo 14 has a fantastic, friendly staff and is conveniently located in the arts district. The amenities are awesome, especially the 24-hour gym. The apartment units are also very spacious compared to other luxury apartments, and the view of the valley is fantastic. Shout-outs to Corey and Vanessa in leasing, Serge in maintenance, and Rufus in security for all their hard work!!
Great place until you need something fixed and it takes 3.5 weeks and counting...
NoHo14 is a beautiful building with amazing views of North Hollywood and Burbank. Having a rooftop dinner during a summer sunset is dreamy and the community during the hot summers by the pool is a wonderful time!
These other reviews have to be fake. No one ever answers the phone, cars get broken into, mail gets stolen frequently, elevators never work. This place has been nothing short of a headache for 2 years. They must have raised the price because we got in for a lot cheaper then what’s advertised on here. Don’t waste your time here.

Loving my apartment, the view is crazy beautiful. The staff has been extremely helpful. Locked myself out the same day I moved in and they quickly helped me out. I wish the gym was open but that is not the Staffs fault theyre doing their part to prevent the spread of covid.
It’s been a month and i still can’t get my deposit back from this property. I was allegedly sent my check to my residence but i never received. Then I asked for the check to be mail to the leasing office. Still no one has received it. After writing a review on how bad this is the manager of the leasing complex finally talked to be assured me the check will be printed out Thursday and I will have Friday by Fedx and will personally give me a call. That didn’t happen and no one still has any idea where the check it as if 10/02/20. I’ve been trying since aug to get my money back. Then I was told my manager that the company switched accounting businesses and new company is in charge and he has just found of that morning. My frustration grows with this email that was sent to me and it reads: Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. I just wanted to clarify that your check is on its way to our leasing office. There was a check mailed to the address that you provided in August. Because you didn't receive it, we requested to have the check voided and sent to our office (in August), our accounting department had to locate it, ensure that check was not cashed, void, then re-mail the check. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over how long this and the delivery process takes. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay, but I have followed up with accounting and we expecting to receive it soon. Once it is delivered to our office by USPS, we will contact you. Yet, the manager just told me I would have my money by Friday. No one send even the tracking number for the check so that further shows me that they never intended on sending it when they stated they would. Also I was told by the leasing manager that there were more people experiencing the same problem as if this problem is ok for anyone to experience. Don’t move here. It’s a headache!
I would not recommend this building. I swiftly tell anyone this is NOT a safe, sanitary, or happy place to live.
Security never around, packages always get stolen, bums are always coming into building sleeping in pool, garage, emergency exits etc. cars getting broken into mine has been broken into 3 times this year, building is always dirty 2 people trying clean the whole building is Unacceptable clearly by the state of the building its not enough
If your looking for Luxoury and a nice quiet place to live, do not waste your time looking into this building. For starters the management team prefers their resident’s guests over the actual residents. My wife was getting stalked by a guest of the building and when it came time to notify management it was simply stated “that their was nothing they could do and would allow the guest access to the building.” So not only do you have safety concerns but management also let’s contracted individuals into your apartment unattended and unannounced to walk in on your wife in the shower and will do nothing when your privacy is violated and possessions stolen. The elevators seem to work for the time being but when someone was stuck in one for over an hour, I was the one who called the fire department because the staff did not know what to do. If you do decide to take a chance on this apartment complex you get to look forward to police raids, privacy violations, elevator malfunctions, theft of property not only from parking garage ( ex. Motorcycles and personal possessions) but also from inside of your home, loud noise and music playing at all hours of the night, and homeless people residing in stairwells.
I love my spacious apt with high ceilings, and beautiful views. I wake up seeing the sunrise on the 11 floor.and from the balcony I see the sunset. Maintenance Ihas been quick. My apt is quiet. Nice gym, nice pool. Everyone has been helpful-love having a doorman.
This is hands down the best apartment building in LA for someone who is new to the city. It's close to everything and has every upscale amenity that anyone will love to have. The staff is helpful and very accessible. Neighbors are great too.
