Love the location and comfort of NOKO. The amenities and community spaces are wonderful, but I’m concerned there is no preventive maintenance schedule to make sure upkeep happens on a regular basis.

I believe this to be a place where I will feel safe, comfortable and convenient for my needs. I also look forward to the quietness I believe this residence will bring.
Love the area, I feel like my apartment is pricey, especially since all the amenities are not complete (like gym equipment). There was confusion about my deposit at move in and I had an issue with my parking space.
Excellent location and the amenities are top notch.
This building has wonderful features. Opening a new building can be a huge job on so many levels. The staff has worked hard to get things up and running. Naturally there are many kinks, they have regularity addressed them and kindly continued to make their residents number one. Because this is a high cost rental space, the expectations are high. Especially for the larger units. We would like to consider extending our lease if the standard of service remains high. We are always happy to help. We have many interested friends and family who especially are curious about downsizing from being homeowners. We are the perfect demographic for getting this building fully leased.

There is something very peaceful about NOKO. I love living here.
I love the neighborhood which is important. I'm not too excited about the other amenities since the pool is basically for dipping your toes in. While I did realize this before I rented, it was a tradeoff I was willing to accept. The fitness room doesn't have smaller weights which I think some people would really like.
Noko is a beautiful apartment that I'm excited to call home. My parents were also impressed and we feel it is a great addition to our neighborhood. I rated it slightly lower because of the pricing which may put off some younger professionals and potentially people who are looking to retire into an apartment such as my parents who felt there weren't as many designs that would fit their desire of a place to settle into for the price. The amenities are fantastic and the location is great for my personal preferences and lifestyle. I am a quiet young professional who loves to have access to outdoors and have a mix of city life while also being in an area that allows a bit of a slower pace of life. I think Noko felt like the right place to relax but also have access to everything Minneapolis has to offer!
You can't beat the location! From the photos, it looks like a beautiful building. The staff has been super friendly and helpful - answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable about moving in. The rent is reasonable for the studio and lots of parking options which is nice for Minneapolis.
