Not worth the price
Nothing is updated but appliances. Laundry facilities are awful. Three washers and dryers for 4 buildings. Three owners in one year. Not a one has cared.

New floors, new paint, new countertops, new fans and appliances and so close to Berlin G and I26 AND downtown Summerville
location, location, location and the new owners have updated everything including onsite laundry!
