From start to finish the process of moving in here for my wife and I has been absolutely amazing, we didnt wait too long for anything, any and all questions we had were answered promptly and on-time, and once our applications were approved, we were in in no time! We had the pleasure of working with Whitney for a short period of time but she went her own way and we got Megan in her place! Awesome to work with and we have been so excited since the approval, our apartment has been astonishing since coming in, the space and leisure of the space is very welcoming and spacious from top to bottom! Needless to say, we have been very happy since moving in here, the reviews we seen werent that great because of the whole “Mansion to Nolia” phase, but our experience with the people they have now has been extremely present, not knocking any of those reviews because some of them are personal but I feel those were moments the company wasnt being represented at its best and we all have our moments! <3

The maintance isn't very good here. They take to long to fix task or do it incorrectly. They could be better with the price that is paid here.

We have lived here almost 8 years. Moving from a 2 bedroom to a 3 was the best after my husbands stroke 4 years ago. Maintenance folks are great.

Everything has been perfect so far. The staff are very friendly and they accommodate your needs. The non-renovated apartments are decent and I love the wood-burning fireplace. I would say the only thing is that I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around.

Beautiful place to live. Wish we had a jacuzzi lol but I enjoy all the amenities we have. Wish we didn't change so many property owners in the 5 years I've been here, so that's where the lack of one star comes in. But as many annoyances as we have I'd still prefer this place over any other around here. We have considered leaving at times but end up finding out that other places have terrible maintenance and management that don't address problems with units. Our maintenance is always on top of everything.

I have left a few reviews before. I enjoy my stay here at the Mansions. I would love to give it 5 stars but, I have lived here now over 5 years, and the apartments can use some updates. ESPECIALLY appliances. And Also, I jhave hardly EVER had to interact with the office, but Kelly in the office is a JOY to work with.

So far it hasnt been too bad. And its not the managements fault in the leasing department but some of the maintenance isnt paying attention to nothing in the apartments and i shouldnt have to pay for most of this months rent for some reason i have too tho. But its okay

So far I love everything except that I have to squeeze in between cars to get to the walkway to my apartment. I'm still moving stuff in so it's really hard squeezing through the parked cars.

Such a nice and fun community!! Theres a pool, a clubhouse with a movie theatre and pool table, and a 24 hour gym!! I am so happy that I found the mansion!

So far so good. the leasing ladies are very helpful and answered any & all "stupid" questions or concerns i had. yes its $50 application fee, then $200 to hold the apartment you're wanting. unless you know for sure you want to live here- i dont recommend you just coming just for the application. I will come back with an another review after the first 6months. :-)

It has been pretty okay living here. The buildings are decently maintained. The biggest issue is people not cleaning up after their dogs and leaving messes behind.
It has been nice. Everyone is friendly, it’s quiet at night and maintenance is great. My dog really enjoys seeing all the other dogs out walking around.
People are nice and friendly. No complaining from me. I have not even been here for a month yet and people are not loud for the biggest part. I like that when I have had a problem then it has gotten taken care of right away.

Dog poo every where, ankle breaking holes everywhere. Mud pits everywhere because drains not attached. I can rarely hear neighbors, big plus.

I had a great experience moving in. My leasing agent was Candice she was very helpful, patient, friendly and so were the other ladies in the office. I had a walk through twice just so that I could take measurements and that was no issue at all accommodating me. These apartments have been around for a long time but luckily mine was recently updated. I didn't have any issues on my move in date. I tried to make sure everything on my end was done in advance. I'm excited and looking forward to enjoying my stay here

This place I feel, is the best kept secret place to live in Independence. Quiet and convenient location. Every resident I’ve met has been very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the community days where residents can meet other neighbors. All that, and a salt water pool, gym, and theater? What else could anyone ask?

So far I live in a safe little corner, where it is quiet and comfy. I love how simple everything is! The staff is amazing at the office, along with maintenance! Maintenance always has treats Everytime they see us with our dogs and it makes us more happy to be here. The dog park was a bunch of fun, my dogs were so happy!

Nice and friendly some can learn how to park on the other hand and some other people can learn how to pickup their dog poop would be nice to not step in poop as your walking in the grass

It's been good and quiet, and now that my son has moved back, the mornings and evenings have been loud and I apologize to the neighbors, but its a good neighborhood. The buildings are getting some needed maintenance and are looking better. When I have gone into the office for anything, service was friendly, speedy and efficient.
