The hilly, wooded neighborhood of Canyon Creek resembles a nature preserve more than it does a neighborhood – that’s until you notice the beautiful homes tucked into the trees. Canyon Creek provides a peaceful, park-like atmosphere that’s just 20 miles north of Downtown Austin, directly north of Concordia University Texas, southwest of the Austin Aquarium, four miles south of Lakeline Mall, and just five miles from Lake Travis and Lake Austin. Travel down 620 to do your grocery shopping and grab a quick meal – you’ll find a variety of options here, including H-E-B, CVS, and Home Depot.
Canyon Creek features one neighborhood park. Trailhead Park is located on the north end of the neighborhood and includes a covered playground, a walking path, plenty of shade trees, a basketball court, soccer fields, and picnic areas. If you are moving to a Canyon Creek apartment with children, be aware that Canyon Creek is part of two school districts.

Overall this place is great. However, the dog park is in need of a serious renovation (full of rocks, very little grass in the summer, and not enough shade).

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Nolina Flats Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment they are so awesome!!!! This is my 2nd apartment and this has been the best one yet me and my puppy loves are new place it’s only been 4weeks and we are ready to spend the holidays and make memories here !!

Its been peaceful and relaxing. No complaints just yet. Just wish I had a garage. But I live in the 3rd floor. But either way, the make ready has been one of the best ones I have ever seen. Not to many problems on move in day.

I just moved in. As I been loving it so far. Everything looks clean and peaceful. I would like parking spots to be more available. But other than that everything is perfect even the price is perfect!

So grateful for the wonderful amenities this complex provides, not to mention the gorgeous scenery provided by the beautifully treed lot. 5 starslovely place to live...super service and personnel! "a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. . . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with dog parks and trails."the community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not." It’s been so quiet and peaceful out here so far. Everyone seems nice and respectful. The pool area is really great even tho I haven’t been down yet but that is next on my list :)
Great maintenance! Every maintenance request has been taken care of promptly and efficiently. The property is well maintained and there is a regular trash pickup.
Residents very greeting pool is nice and clean apartment is worth it front office management is very good . The gym is nice residents clean after themselves.

Noisy upstairs neighbors constantly stomping around and arguing. We’ve gotten tons of false complaints about our dogs barking “non stop” when they never do. I’ve noticed people leaving bags of dog poop laying around. Kids run around the streets unsupervised in front of cars. The upkeep of the community is nice though and there are many food options around as well as 2 HEBs. The staff are pretty nice. Kind of overpriced though especially when looking at multiple room apartments. Might as well rent a house for $500-$1,000 cheaper.

Unfortunately, the property is going down hill. It's not as clean and well kept as it once was. Things on property are broken and dirty. Ive lived here for 7 years and it saddens me to see the property changed. I used to love and enjoy this property. Never wanted to move but now we are considering going elsewhere.

This will be our fifth year in this community and we are happy to be living with our neighbors. We love and use the clubhouse, gym and pool a lot. Also we enjoy the social activities and celebrations!

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend Nolina Flats for your next apartment home. I love to live here!!!!
Best here for live and nice place. Many of shopping, foods and shop automobiles. Seen animals somewhere different thing what I know there area is
I''ve lived here 3 years and I love it. It's close to grocery stores and great restaurants. The staff is amazing. Melissa has helped me with everything from move in to renewal and she's wonderful. Maintenance is great too!
All of my neighbors are respectful and quiet. Spacious floor plan, especially love the garage. Wish people would pick up after their dogs waste more.
Apartments are awesome! I recently moved in and I'm excited to be apart of the community. Cassandra did a great job on making everything a smooth process.
We love it here mostly because the staff is super accessible and pure awesomeness! The grounds are well kept and the apartments are spacious. The residents here so far are very quiet and respectful. Not to mention the accessibility to restaurants and shopping along with accessible major highways and tollways to get to and from fast.
The property is well kept and the amenities are very nice. I love that it’s gated. The office staff are always very friendly. The dog park is also a very good size especially for my large dog. The only downside for me personally is my noisy upstairs neighbor.
It’s been a nice time at nolina flats. The only issue I had was when the buildings stairs broke and we had to use the back staircase which wasn’t an issue. The issue was maintenance took forever to fix the staircase for reasons unknown to me. But otherwise love the apartments
The best office staff and maintenance. Great location with pretty views. Love that they keep finding ways to improve the community. Best place to call home.
Everything you need near by!! Great school district!! Walking distance to restaurants and stores and doctors! YMCA coming soon right down the street!

Surrounded by trees and greenery, my unit has THE best view! Wonderful staff and maintenance team and great amenities! I love this neighborhood; two nearby H-E-B's, tons of restaurant and entertainment options and nature!
Thus far, everything about my experience with Nolina Flats has been excellent. Cassandra and Melissa have been prompt and efficient in guiding me through the application, lease and initial start of my move-in.
This property is pretty cool. One of the best I've experienced. Minor changes could be made but overall this place is ran pretty well. Staff is great for the most part. Maintenance has been top tier since living here. They keep the property pretty clean, well kept. Also very safe area!!!!
