I love living here but the internet going out about once a week is incredibly frustrating. Working from home is almost impossible because I know at any minute my internet could go out. Each time this happens we get an email letting us know it is on US Internet which I understand, but at this point it’s frustrating we still use them as an Internet provider.

the community is beautiful and the apartments are gorgeous, they're decently priced compared to the other apartments in the area. its good for someone who hasn’t rented before they make renting very easy, you easily can pay online and see everything for your apartment and unit online, its convenient.

Nice modern apartments, very spacious and on a quiet street. The only problem is there are times my assigned parking spot is taken and I'm not allowed to call a tow truck unless its during biz hours and I get approval.

The best place I've ever living in! Great service, clean and quiet. AWESOME neighborhood. I will stay here forever if I am able. I've had a few maintenance issues and they were addressed and fixed within hours/minutes. I love my appliances and the unit is the perfect layout. Highly recommend.

Fast maintenance so far, clean and quiet building. Apartment is very nice, love the high ceilings. Biggest downside is that the internet has been in and out constantly, and you can't opt out of the monthly internet payment. It's fast enough when it's working but seems like there's been issues every two weeks since we moved in. Otherwise, great location, amenities are good and clean if not "wow", and the apartments feel very spacious. Would love more community events to meet people.

We have been living here for 3 months and have loved our time here. Their is very little noise even though the area has so much going on. The amenities are also great, the rooftop has been a big hit with our friends. If you’re moving to the North Loop I recommend Nolo South

I have enjoyed my time living here. The location is great and I like the amenities. A nice perk is that the walls/windows are soundproof. We have never had any issues hearing neighbors or noise. Would recommend living here!

I've enjoyed my time at Soltva! I spent 3 years in my apartment and absolutely loved the location. Nothing beats the North Loop neighborhood. The apartment itself was perfect for me and my two pets, and I found the management company pleasant and helpful. Apart from the wallpaper in the lobby (a pretty superficial complaint) I have nothing bad to say!

Have live here a bit over 2 years and loved this place. Maintenance is quick and it’ s an overall quiet building. No issues with packages. However I did receive an email recently that we’ll be charged if we don’t pick up our luxer packages or also charged if we don’t sign up. Never heard of an apartment charging it’s residents for that, hopefully this isn’t the start of these apartments trying to get every penny out of its residents but I assume that’s the way it’s moving so keep an eye out.

Just moved recently to North Loop Living & it has been an amazing decision. The moving process was incredibly smooth & easy from locating a floorplan all the way to unloading my furniture & getting fully settled. Overall I have enjoyed living at Solhavn for the past two years. Our room itself is great for the price. There are not a whole lot of amenities but it’s a great building on a quiet street while still being close to everything in Northloop.

Upstairs neighbors stomp around constantly. Beyond that, the complex is clean, the rooftop is nice and so is the view of downtown. The parking garage mechanism is fine if you have an SUV/Truck but not the best if you have a lower sedan style body as you have to really stretch to reach. The neighborhood is the best selling point TBH

calm area, good energy it’s a nice community and it’s really nice to get off of work and be in a nice area, it’s not too much traffic in North Loop but the parking isn’t so good

I have LOVED living at the Solhavn apartments! I get so many compliments on not only my unit but the building as a whole. The rooftop is my favorite because you can see the Minneapolis skyline. Highly recommend this building!

Great neighborhood, great building. The people is quiet and respectful. I like the rooftop. It has a gym and a yoga room, I am missing some private space to rent in the common space but I guess that you can rent the other spaces in the other two buildings that the community has so is not that terrible.

Affordable compared to other buildings in the area. GREAT location. Close to Washington & everything that the North Loop offers. Also close to the river for walking and biking trails. It’s only one street removed from Washington, yet it’s much quieter and has a more “neighborhood” feel.

I've been here for six months and have loved it. The apartment itself is in excellent condition and the communication from management has exceeded my expectations. I placed one service request and maintenance came by the next day. Location is great. There's been a few instances were water would need to be shut off for a while or cars would need to be removed from the garage for maintenance which is never great, but I understand it is necessary. And management has usually given adequate warning. Hallways and common areas are cleaned regularly. I was frustrated when upon touring and showing interest in applying I requested a complete list of charges, both up front and monthly, but the list I got wasn't comprehensive. It wasn't until signing the lease I learned about the pest fee and service fee. They are minor, but frustrating they weren't included for awareness up front.

Solhavn and it’s sister properties in the NorthLoop are the trifecta of downtown living. You have access to the best daytime and nightlife Mpls has to offer, while living in a social and friendly community-centric building with best in class amenities. Even the mailman is super friendly! The apartments have thoughtful layouts making each space feel special, purposeful and designed for comfort and class in living. The best days are when you can enjoy the many gorgeous outdoor spaces, gather with friends, read a book or just take in the beautiful skyline. To top it off, the staff and building management are really kind, professional and courteous. I could live anywhere but I choose to live at Solhavn.

The building is clean, has great amenities, and is quiet (for the most part). The staff are very friendly and the organization always seems to try to get residents together through various activities.

Always clean and always friendly staff that work in housekeeping and facilities. I recently had a issue in my hallway and ran into the house keeping staff, told her about it and she cleaned it up immediately. She is amazing!

The move-in was very smooth and the help from the loan office and the people from maintenance were great. I feel directly at home and the neighbourhood is great. The amenities are also great, everything is always very clean. We needed maintenance since we moved in and the process was always very smooth and extremely efficient.
Management is very open to questions and all community spaces are well kept. The rent price may be high but it is worth it for the location and the amenities provided.
Decent building. New management is great. Maintenance is responsive. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Not as fancy as some other buildings and less amenities, but the actually units are pretty nice.
Good apartment. Only has a small space designated for dogs. That is my only complaint. If I’m spending this much money I wish there was a bigger spacer for our furry friends. Also can hear the people above me pretty clearly.

Great location, friendly management staff. The features in the units could be updated a little (i.e. in bathroom) to keep the units feeling fresh and held with the aging but overall pretty floors and spacious layout.
I love my apartment! It’s a great location and the size of my unit is great. I also have never heard my neighbors which is a great change from my previous place in north loop.

Wish we had newer amenities (gym could use a refresh). Besides that the location and building is great! Very walkable and a great neighborhood. Staff has also improved since switching over to Lincoln.

Best place I've lived! The adjunct staff does a great job keeping the common places clean and maintenance is timely and thorough. The neighborhood is great and very walkable.
