Pros: Great Views, Great Neighbors, Stylish Apartments Cons: Gym is basic not enough leg or strength training machines, since there are no gyms in midtown Events could be way better Management could maintain property better and make sure apartments are fixed properly

Great building, will not recommend or renew lease if the building management problem continues

I absolutely love the area where Nomia is located! It offers easy access to Piedmont, Midtown's incredible restaurants, plenty of shops and grocery stores, and especially the High Museum. For someone like me who enjoys walking, it's surprisingly walkable for Atlanta, which is a huge plus. The amenities are fantastic—I'm especially a fan of the rooftop pool, the shared entertaining space, and the gym. My apartment is beautifully designed with stunning walk-in showers, a modern kitchen layout, and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. And did I mention the view? Instagram-worthy.

When the maintenance is good it’s says a lot about a property and the maintenance team is doing awesome !

Nomia is top tier and the special they offered was outstanding! I appreciate the help and I love how clean everything is!!! That is a huge plus for me.

I had a very smooth move in at Nomia. Everything was taken care of and ready to go when I came in to pick up my keys. The staff was friendly and supportive.

I initially moved here because I knew this building was under great care and management with Aisha. I do not know the new property manager, he has not formally introduced himself and can not speak to where the quality of this building is going. We are all on edge and nervous that this could go from luxury to lackluster under the wrong leadership. I hope my feedback is taken as constructive and changes are implemented very soon. Please address these three issues with introduction of the team, parking and towing unmarked cars, and community events.

Nomia is a luxury high-rise residence in Midtown that provides all one could want from intown living. The property's interior design gives all the aesthetic feels of a lux New York boutique hotel. The amenities check all the boxes, with the multifaceted gym, spa room, the Nomia co-work space, and rooftop pool and gardenesque lounge. Nomia offers beautiful views of Atlanta's skyline from the apartments. The residences are designed with efficiency in mind, topped with modern opulence. The management, leasing, and concierge professionals of Nomia is where the luxury of this property is truly solidified. To always be greeted with pleasantries and smiles from all who work at Nomia is what has made my residency here nothing short of exceptional. The level of efficiency and consideration and kindness I have received from all of the Nomia staff is what I appreciate most. Nomia is not simply a beautiful property, the level of service provided by the management, leasing, and concierge team is where the real luxury lies. I am extremely happy to call Nomia home.

Nomia in Atlanta, Georgia is an aesthetically beautiful, upscale property with superior service by its management and leasing professionals, the concierge, maintenance professionals to match. This property was extremely well thought-out and designed and provides all one would desire in intown living. Nomia is not a simply dwelling place, it is an experience of luxury living at its best.

I've been living at Nomia in Atlanta for a few weeks and love it! The amenities, including the brand-new gym and beautiful rooftop pool, are fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the views are stunning. I also really like the coworking space—perfect since I work from home! Plus, the location is super convenient. Highly recommend!

The best decision. The staff is GREAT, Victor, one of the leasing agents has just been extradionary! It feels safe, great location, stunning facility. They offered flexibility in terms of the leasing period which was crucial for me. And it truly lets you experience the best part of the city. If I go back say, in a couple years, I would try to come back here for sure

The environment and living space is definitely top tier. The views from your living space is incredible. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly and are open to assist with any concerns on the spot.

I looked at these apartments and they are well appointed! I spoke with Jacob, Jordan Aisha and they were so welcoming and professional. The views are amazing and I can’t wait to move there!!

Everything about this property is amazing from the views to the staff! This is luxury living and Aisha and her staff were very accommodating.

I moved in on the first day the building was open and I’ve had the best experience ever. The leasing staff is extremely welcoming and are always willing to help. I worked primarily with Jordan on my move in and she was amazing! She was very consistent with following up, she anticipated my needs and met them every time, and was just an overall pleasure to work with. The building itself is beautiful. The grounds are kept spotless and the cleaning and maintenance staff is always on it. I highly recommend Nomia. You don’t just get a place to stay… you get a community that cares.

The property is beautiful and quite literally unlike anything you’ve seen before. The concierge team is very friendly and helpful.

Moving sight unseen for me is a little nerve-racking, but thankfully Jordan, Victor, and Aisha have been so professional and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment home that fits my needs. I have been looking for a cool, trendy place around this part of town and nomia is it! I love the location and the Greystar staff have all been so kind and helpful with all the questions I have had for them. Looking forward to this building opening so we can move in!

Contacted Nomia and spoke to the property manager, Aisha, and she could not have been more gracious. She quickly followed up with me and shared priority floor plans. She was extremely patient and answered all my questions in detail. I cannot thank her enough. Nomia is beautiful with all the amenities you could imagine. Looking forward to my new home.

Currently a Greystar resident in Midtown, they never fail to disappoint me. I've been waiting on Nomia since construction started, the property is stunning! I applied as soon as the website went live yesterday. Aisha was amazing as always. She even reached back out multiple times to make sure everything got situated and also explained everything in great detail! It's a blessing to be apart of a solid community, not every one cares. I can't wait to be one of the first residents to join Nomia!
