Norco Apartment Building(s)

Whoever the person is to upkeep the property is NOT doing a good job. The halls are so filthy.... and has not been cleaned ....forever. No one cleans the area for the Washer. And for as many apartments in the building there is ONLY ONE WASHER AND DRYER. Maybe they should have an incentive of hiring someone within the building to clean. And how about those rugs????? Are they not afraid of covid or anything else????
