I am sorry that you were not happy with the building. We are located in an up and coming urban area and most people can see that. We have only been open for 2 months and we are at 50% occupancy so many people do not share your feelings about our wonderful newly constructed building.
Amazing! We love everything about this building, has a great feel of arts and culture. We love the Amenities and stunning furnishings in this building.

The problem with this property is that it was not ready day one. This is a work in progress. People moving in will be greeted with an unfinished downstairs. This means no amenities until they complete construction. That is fine if you don’t mind paying high rents for the 3-5 months it will take everything to be completed probably. Otherwise, there are better apartments in better areas and closer to the train station (this place is quite a walk from the platform despite what is claimed).

We were slightly delayed in our projections for opening, but we are now open and at 50% occupancy in two months time. Our current residents are delighted in living here and we do have many the walk the .7 of a mile to the train station.
