I have only been living here for a few months but I really like it! It is comfortable & affordable. The only issue I have is alot of spiders but I feel like that might be everywhere. Overall, a great apartment to live in.

Everything is excellent except for the roaches, spiders and the laundry room. M Tony the the maintenance manager is always around when I need help & gets it done pretty quickly. Kanishia is so nice is all about making things work for everyone. The only down fall is the laundry room it cant actually hold a lot the machines are old and broken and steels coins. They dryers have broken glass held together by tape.

Jordan is an awesome person. She has been so helpful beyond what expected of her. I know I'm going to be happy at your apt complex. I'm so excited for me and my 2 girl's. I would tell my friend's and people I don't know that this is the place to live. Thank you Jordan for all your help. You are an awesome person!!!! Thank's again Wendy Vollmer
Ever since the new owners bought the property I was promised of new and amazing things to come to this property. They had also promised me they would make sure I had felt more safe living here because of all these bad things that was going on, and now so many months later they have fulfilled that promise 100% and got rid of the people that should have never been here and made this complex feel more family friendly then it has ever been in the past 6 years! I absolutely love the new manager Lauren she is very sweet, kind, and extremely helpful and I’m also very thankful to finally have a maintenance person on property now because now when I have a maintenance emergency or just a normal maintenance request they are really quick to fix it and actually fix it properly! I will always recommend this place to anyone and everyone and can’t wait to see what more they are going to add to it!
Lauran has been so awesome anytime we have questions, she gets the answer! Ypu can tell she takes pride in what she does! The remodel of the apartments are so nice! A major turn around in the last few months. Very happy!
I've been here for the past 2.5 years, and the woman who has taken over since January has done a phenomenal job improving the living conditions of this complex. Maintenance doesn't take long to come fix your problems, your problems actually get fixed, and the staff is friendly, unlike the previous management. Our community is improving, and we are more than happy to lend a helping hand when you need it.
Since Brittany took over the property in March, the property has made a complete turn around!!! In just 3 short months she has updated the landscaping, added new lighting throughout the property and renovated the office. Not too mention she enforces the community rules while still offering a genuine and caring regard for each and every resident. In all my years of apartment living, I've never met a manager as passionate and hardworking as she is. Nathan the maintenance man is awesome too. You never see him sitting around. He's always working on a project or cleaning the grounds up. I truly believe these two will save Old Tuscan Village!!! Now that Brittany has cleaned house, the neighborhood has a welcoming and friendly environment. You will see neighbors walking their dogs, kids riding bikes and residents mingling together. The grounds are coming along nicely and you can actually sit outside and appreciate where you live. My family and I feel safe checking our mail or doing laundry at nighttime. This hasn't always been the case for this property. The "riff raff" has officially been removed and only those who wish to see this place live up to it's potential are left to watch their hopes come to fruition in the coming months. Maintenance is completing work orders really quickly. My garbage disposal wasn't working last month, so I called the manager. She had him come out the next morning and he had it working in a matter of minutes. He was polite and took the time to answer my questions too. (Not something you always get with maintenance staff). If you had asked me a few months ago what I thought of this place, I'd have easily said I'm moving when my lease ends. But now that we have a REAL manager, someone with knowledge and experience who actually cares for her residents and wants to make a true difference, I'll be signing my renewal for years to come. I'm more than happy to recommend this property to anyone who wants to see what a great manager with a good heart can do when she puts her mind to it. I promise you will not be disappointed!
As a resident here for roughly seven months, I have witnessed a highly unprofessional demeanor from the staff here due to rampant fraternization between landlords and some privileged tenants. I signed a lease here, but unfortunately I fear for my file being accessed (SSN and other background info) by staff who seems to consistently result in thuggish behavior where physical violence has in fact been used on tenants. This type of character is only a part of the problem as the drug trade remains alive and well here at OTV creating an unsafe environment while no one really seems to do anything about upon mention. I can only think of one staff member who seems to care about their job, but they don't seem to be in the circle as much which results in their honest opinion being given about the place (just ask and he will rant about it.) Bottom line: Do not move your college kid here unless they wish to be subjected to medieval feudalistic management policy.
Most have updated hardwood type flooring. Nice paint schemes and resurfaced counter tops. Within a short walking distance of schools and shopping. Bus stop is nearby. Pets are okay and laundry facility is in good working order.
