I like living here, but the parking situation is annoying. We need more parking and for the maintenance to not use our spots. They don't live here so the spots available should be for residents only. The leasing office ladies aren't very nice but not like I have to deal with them too much. Other than that everything has been nice.

I love my apartment and the location. The major disappointment is on how few dog poop cans and even regular outdoor garbage cans they have on the property. It's a huge problem. The office girls have always been friendly and as helpful as they can be. This must be a corporate thing.

The apartment community is very close to the interstate and my job which is great for me. The community doesn't have comfortable outdoor walking areas. The gym and pool areas are average. It's clean and urban. The parking is horrible. As there are times where I can't find a parking spot in the available parking spots as a resident.

Love my place. Parking can still be wayyyyyy better especially as paying residents. I still feel a parking garage could be built, there is space with all the extra land. BUY IT! Drag racing is very heavy on Summit and it’s a shame residents still don’t have adequate parking. Put those speed bumps on summit definitely need there! I enjoy the community events and bring back the food trucks! The halls could be a tad cleaner. Power washing is a must even on patios. I love how they adjusted the valet trash pickup to 7 days a week that is AWESOME! Quiet and some door gates are broken. Fetch has gotten better with package delivery. Thankx Norra

Do not move here
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The worst apartments ever. They are poorly and cheaply built. Community is bad. Management is terrible and take very very long to fix apartment. People in the front office are very inconsiderate. Worst apartment to live. Living here will make you feel very uncomfortable and unhappy.

Love it here. I wish there was a welcome gift package for new move ins. The move in was very smooth and we had a lot of help from the office. The only thing I wish there was more parking available for us . The parking goes fast and we often get home late so we don’t have anywhere to park. So we have to park far from our home. Love my place. Parking can still be wayyyyyy better especially as paying residents. I still feel a parking garage could be built, there is space with all the extra land. BUY IT! This apartment complex has a nice walking trail, upkeeps the grass, has helpful leasing center staff, a nice pool, a solid gym, a great common area, and all sorts of other nice amenities. It's in a safe neighborhood, and I love seeing residents walk their dogs (there are so many dogs). I like how they host events as well.

After 3 years I still like my apartment and living here, but parking is remains an issue from time to time. Every so often I have to park on the street if I come home late, which is frustrating. There should be enough parking on the property that I can leave after 8pm, on any given night, and not have to worry about finding a space when I come home. Rent is a tad too high for this place, and it would be nice if the increases were less for longer leasing periods, or long term tenets didn’t get an increase sometimes when renewing. I also wish we weren’t nickel and dimed with so many little services fees because those add up, but in spite of it all, it’s still a fairly nice place to live.

Great love everything about staying here except the parking and my loud neighbors upstairs. I wish they had more parking space close to the apartments! It’s aggravating in the summer because people that don’t stay here need to be towed!

My overall experience with The Norra apartments is a 3/5 because the apartment its self is very nice and up to date. Maintenance Comes within One to three business days be cautious because your car might get towed if you’re parked in the grass they are selective on who’s car gets towed. Some people can go days with their car being in the grass. Some people can go a couple hours and then their car is being towed, the office might tell you they don’t own that land but yes they do. The office people don’t respond to emails. You have to call multiple times to get somebody to answer the phone or you have to just go up there, if you get off or get home after 5 good luck finding a parking spot garages are like $400 and the other one is like $200. We use fetch for packages so you have to download a app and you’ll get a new “address” to put down for address, some places won’t take it so you’ll have to pick up your packages. Some neighbors don’t pick up after they dog so be careful.
