Property Ratings at North 49 Apartments
This is a really great little property. Clean, quiet and around a lot of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The new management has really cleaned it up nicely. And maintenance is on top of any issue that comes up.
There is a reason that in the last year since I've had a lease here they have burned through multiple management companies and managers. They offer no amenities, the pool didn't open, the clubhouse is locked and is a bonified office for the staff that doesn't care about basic necessities. For instance there are key fabs for security, but the doors have been broken for over a year. There are often times homeless people sleeping on or under the stairs. There is blood in the hallways for weeks on end. Good luck contacting someone to rectify this because if you get ahold of someone there will be a new manager or new management company within a week.
Friendly, helpful staff. Exterior security doors with 24 hr video monitoring. Completely remodeled with brushed aluminum appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful glass back splash,vinal flooring, whisper soft fans in each bedroom and stunning moutain views. Under construction - Pool, Dog Park, Playground and media center. All within a small private community of 79 apts. Why have you not applied already?
When I first came to visit this complex about a year or so ago, the management had let it go down to pieces and decided to take my business somewhere else. A few months ago, I was in the market for a new place again. I saw that this complex was under new management and decided to give it a try. As soon as a pulled up I noticed a difference. When you walk into the office, it is very welcoming. You're greeted with bubbly personalities and smiling faces. I let them know what I was in the market for (I have a Rott Weiler (service pup) and a seven year old) and they let me know what they had available. I went in to view what would be my apartment and I was in awe! It's very spacious! The living room is big enough for the three of us, and my son's room is big enough for all of his toys to fit in (he doesn't keep them in there). The master bedroom was beautiful (and is off limits to the whole house). I was in love with the kitchen. Granite countertops, new appliances... All I could think of was where I was going to put what. The leasing agent who gave me the tour was amazing. I'm pretty sure I stayed there longer than I was supposed to because we talked as if we had known each other forever. These people are literally about their residents and making it better for them! And that's what I love. I am glad to call this place my own!!!
