I love living here! There are the usual apartment building issues such as elevators down, but this is by far the best resident experience I've had in Atlanta. The location and proximity to the Beltline, Ponce City Market, and Inman Park make it even better! Beware of the construction that is occurring across the street (they were supposed to be done by now but are still not).

Nice but some finishes are getting older and rusting. One elevator in main lobby takes a long time. Gym is decent and hallways are clean. Great location.

Save your money & your sanity -- do NOT live here. Let me start by addressing the "positive" reviews you'll read. Most likely, the majority of these people JUST moved in, so they've yet to experience the headache that is this property. I myself, and many other residents I eventually became friends with, were borderline harassed by the leasing agents (revolving door, so no point naming anyone) to write positive reviews in their first month. If you saw my initial review (which I was pressured into), you'll notice I was very careful to only talk about the leasing agent I dealt with, as I had barely moved in and am not one to give fake praise. Speaking of false advertising, if you're a pet owner, beware. They will try to sell you on how dog-friendly the building and surrounding areas are. In reality, the "park" across the street doesn't allow dogs off leash and the courtyards they advertise as great for pets...you're discouraged from using. And when you move out -- you can definitely expect to be charged for damages. I know multiple people who were charged anywhere from $500-$1,300 for carpet replacements. Why there's a variation in cost, I can't explain. I too was charged for carpet stains, despite completing the walkthrough and being told there were no issues. Some other things about the building itself -- the elevators are alwaysssss broken. At one point, the main, middle elevator was down for a week. And it takes foreverrr even when it is working properly. Also be advised that when you move in and move out, the management team is notorious for double booking the elevators -- so don't expect this process to run smoothly. Another issue I experienced is that my entire apartment would shake anytime someone drove through the parking garage. Any apartments located towards the middle of the property will experience this -- it's frustrating to say the least. The people who lived in my apartment before me were relocated to a new unit and the management team paid for this -- but when I complained about the same issue, nothing was done. Then there's the usual...bike room break-ins, vehicle break-ins, people getting into the "secure" building without key fobs, constant construction zone, leaks, etc. There are way too many other options in the same area that are better priced and don't have these issues -- strongly encourage you to check out those properties.

Hello E H! It is frustrating to hear that your carpet damage has ruined your experience with us here at North & Line. As with any home you rent, you are liable for the damages that you or your pets cause. These costs vary according to square footage, length of residency, and remaining life of the carpet according to industry standards, which is why you see a variation of damage charges. We incurred the cost to try to save the carpet, as well as the additional prorated cost to replace it. It is never advantageous for us to replace anyone's carpet due to the costs that we incur; however, it is our responsibility to the next tenant to give them a home in the same condition that you received yours in: immaculate. As we've discussed before, please forward any documentation that you have for the move out inspection you are explaining occurred where our staff signed off on no damages. The one we have signed by you in office does not match your description and is the only form used for move in and move out inspections. North and Line is an extremely close community, and I can assure you that the remaining positive reviews are only a touch of what we provide. Pet friendly is an understatement! With the beltline as your back yard, and Old Fourth Ward Park as your front yard, you can’t be closer to a pet haven! We provide a treat bar with different options that are always stocked as well as a pet spa and pet resident events, such as Yappy Hour. With any newly constructed building, there will be kinks to work out during the first year of residency, and all of the issues you mentioned were taken care of swiftly and are not issues of the present and haven’t been for quite some time. Prior to my arrival as property manager in July of 2020, there were many security upgrades and I have not seen a security issue yet. Knock on wood. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They will charge you $500+ to replace your carpet, without notification, if you leave even the slightest marking on the carpet after you move out. They give you no opportunity or heads up to attempt to clean the carpet yourself, they just do it. After politely requesting to the management company to work with me, they tersely refused, acting like I am simply another number...in the middle of a pandemic.

Hello Cal! It is disheartening to hear that your experience was dampened by the cost of your carpet replacement. As with any apartment community or rental property, you are liable for damages that are beyond normal wear and tear. We do everything we can to spare this cost, but if the carpet is beyond cleaning we must ensure the next resident receives the apartment in pristine condition, as it was when you moved in. We also incur costs for this replacement as you are only charged a prorated amount, so it is not beneficial for us to change any carpet without trying all cleaning measures first. I have been living here since the end of May and LOVE it. I have never lived somewhere where the staff/management is so amazing. Alexis, Rachel, and Monique have made me feel so welcome, assisted me with my needs, and made the process of everything so seamless. Also, the maintenance team is great. They are quick to assistance and very personable. Not only does the building have great amenities, but the location is fantastic -- just steps from the beltline. I highly recommend this apartment!

I moved in prior to Labor Day weekend and the staff was great. They were accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. They have been very responsive and the community is brand new, clean, and has easy access to the beltline. I highly recommend living here.

I just moved to Atlanta to start my first job out of college and I really wanted to make sure I chose a place with lots of activity, people my age, and a safe environment. North&Line is in one of the best locations in Atlanta! The apartments themselves are brand new and up to date. You can walk out the back entrance of the building and be right on the Beltline. Also, Ponce City Market is right across the street (I walk there all the time). So far I love my time in Atlanta and the North&Line Management workers are great and welcoming as well.
